The camera loses to a Nokia 7610 the keypad is lousy i got problems with 3,6,9 and # the MP3 player tells u system error and the MP3 player just switches off.The camera flash if u use it as a flash light which i do is quite useless oso...It turns off after 15mins and the light isnt 1 bit bright at all battery life is gd display is alright external display medicore.It isnt that great would give it a 4/10.

I just got this phone today and everything is great but I've been having problem with the reception... It varies from 4/5 bars to 'No Network' from time to time. My previous Nokia 6610 had better reception than this. I'm using it on T-mobile in US and I've read that someone had the same problem as this too. Is it due to the internal antenna component being defective? I really hope someone find a solution to can help me and others solving this. Please help! Thanks!

Does anyone know where I can find the missing DMR key, and how do I load them to accept MP3 as a ringtones.

It is a great phone and really is eyecatching. But....i have the same problem as others, such as when i close the phone i will then see displayed on the small screen: EMERGANCY CALLS ONLY! ....what is this all about. Please find a solution. thanx.

It is a very nice phone....the results of the things are more than i've expected. i didn't expect the beautiful sound of the mp3. The only thing that wasn't nice is that the sound of the phone is coming from the front of the phone out a box....but the other things are great...what i the most like is the internet free of charge:D A site with free stuff for men is phonerotica..you must scearch on google for phonerotica....and you will get free movie's from nude girls and nice pictures of nude girls and much more....In one word very nice!!:D

my personal opinion is that its is an excellent handset and did not have any problems with it until recently...whenever i close the phone it shows emergency calls on the external screen and then all my call will then go to voicemail and its really starting to bother me...i have read some of the other opinions posted by other users and i have noticed the have similar problems...what can i do to have this fixed?

Yeah, Awesome phone. but I also am a bit disappointed in the fact that the speaker is on the other flipside so the sound is very soft when u try to watch movies, and also when you have the phone on the couch with the speaker on the downside, you wont hear it ringing. and the DRM key also concerns me, as for the rest, I have no complaints! also cool that I can use my Mem stick for a Psp! that was it.

I love this phone but my only concern is this phone hardware.
All the buttons are abit too small and don't you think those button are abit weak?
And the battery cover is SO THIN!
Haha if you drop this phone it will explord in to pieces.
But the software and design are sweet.

this may sound stupid but just a quikc question to yuuki how did you upgrade the firmware on your v800 to z800??

This phone is amazing.. I bought mine and had it upgraded to Z800 firmware and it's amazing.. doesnt drop any calls.. battery life is amazing.. camera is awesome.. i use mine as an mp3 player and it even shows the songs you listen to on the outside display as well as being able to turn up/down or play/pause or switch songs.. it also looks really cool.. such an awesome retrolook.. not to mention the rotating camera not found on many 3g phones.. worth buying

Does anyone know the differences between z800 and v800??..... all i see is restricted mp3 and a smaller memory stick included for the v800.....

I just bought this phone brand new 2 weeks ago. The phone powers up fine and everything. However, when making calls, the phone drops connection every 1-3 seconds. Sometimes, when standby modes (not making calls) the phone would show "no access to network". Tried to get it fixed at local phone shop. They said internal antenna component is defective and this model of phone is infamous for this particular problem. They showed me a chinese phone discussion forum and all the posts about this problem for this particular phone. They also told me they can't fix it.
Has anyone encounter this problem? Where did you get it fixed?

After updating my software (now I use the latest software)I dont need DRM protection anymore!!!!!!!
I can use mp3 files as ringing tones or alert tones without DRM protection
