i am am user of vivaz in last 1 year
It is a good one . Its battery life more than a android phone but am only faced a problem in touch screen it only have TFT touch not multy touch. This is with my 1year experiens

my vivaz u5i GPS signal is very bad,
In location always show no conection or waiting for GPS, bt other mobile gps are works at same place how can i fix this problem plz tell me,

It has DLNA,TV out,good pixel density = more real colors,Full flash support = Good web experience "with Opera browser",720MB processor plus a really huge RAM for symbian = Running even a non S60V5 games like PES2011 & NFS shift,Great GPS chip mine locks with 12 satellite...etc
And about screen yes I agree it deliver a very bad response but don't tell me you don't know that the phone you're buying has a resistive touch! you and I know before buying vivaz it has a resistive screen.
Also almost every backward on symbian which people complain can be override using apps i.e...
1) you don't like the symbian keyboard? just install swype or DayHand input or Baidu input.
2) you don't like all vivaz home screens? just install SPB shell or Tsunami HS.
3) you hate vivaz cause it doesn't have Smart dial? just install "Youlu Address Book" and enjoy smart dialing feature... and many many more! WHEN WILL PEOPLE KNOW THAT WHAT THEY HAVE IS A SMART PHONE THEY WILL BE SURPRISED OF WHAT SMART PHONE CAN DO.
