I have Blackberry curve, the only thing i like in it is the indexed name search (you do not need to search starting the 1st letter you saved the contact with).
and i'm welling to switch to this phone if it has the same functionality. can anyone advice?

For all vivaz user ,u must learns about how to handles a s60 v5 at 1st time. And when u use symbian mobile before, i think no problem at all. Actually vivaz is a great s60 v5 mobile. And dont forget to install antivirus app, opera browser, etc. Dont be lazy to learns about your vivaz. Actually vivaz is a monster mobile in my hand now.

Gilly, 04 Aug 2010I've noticed on the front of the vivaz, just to the right o... moreIt's not a second camera, its a sensor, so when ure phoning some one, it doesnt allow your face or ear to do touch screen, other wise u would hang up on some one with ure face.

I've noticed on the front of the vivaz, just to the right of the "sony ericsson" there's something which looks like it could be a secondary camera. If it's not this, then what is it?
because it does not make sense that the phone offers video calling, but only when using the main camera?

I have mine for nearly four days, and at the "enter pin screen" - i've only recently noticed that the top of the screen is abit lighter than the rest which is dark. is this a common design or a problem with my vivaz?

Anonymous, 02 Aug 2010how can i install opera mini 5.1 in my vivazRegarding the install of Opera Mini - if you google the app, it takes you to the Opera site where the option is given to install the app to your phone. I've done this, and it works pretty well...

im using my vivaz for almost a month now.. its a really good phone.. its my 3rd touch phone and thus far the most reliable phone i had... but one thing, the stylus (w/c acts like a keychain too) is not so good.. SE might want to re-design it.. because its made of out of 3-pieces... w/c makes it a bit a umcomfty to use... and its short..

Ahmed, 02 Aug 2010Any one PLZ tells me how to increase the sound as its too lowhi ahmed i just got the sony ericsson vivaz the sound is abit slow but i think that the software has been messed up cos its a sony ericsson with nokia software. and what i've noticed that when you play music loud the music distorts so i've mgiven my phone in for a check up and still .waiting for a feedback does ur sound distort aswell my email is amith67@gmail.com give me a shout

i have my vivaz for a couple of days now, and i gotta say that it was functioning pretty well but then the battery life was like so small like i havent used it for a few hours then the battery will be deducted and now i tried charging it but no avail it wont charge its off i tried charging it on the laptop but still it wont turn on can somebody help me
