Hi i've been reading peoples comments comparing other phones with the vivas but i like the vivas now i dont know which to go for vivas or vivas pro.please share your views

I did the update but actually my restarting problem happened after that!!!!

chicago, 26 Jun 2010why is that all sony ericsson big phones go off and restart... moreyer I have the same problem.I think it hapends when I'm opening too much app's and the phone tries to auto rotate repeadedly!
but I cinda liked this phone

thiyaga, 27 Jun 2010last one month iam using vivaz. when i was woking internet ... moreInstall sonyericsson vivaz pc suite on your computer from the cd,after installing open pc suite program,connect your phone to the computer tru usb cable,in the left side of the pc suite window then click the phone repair,then follow the instruction.note,make sure that your phone is totally full charged

last one month iam using vivaz. when i was woking internet mobile hanged and now not able to switch on but it showing sonyercsson logo only. please help me how to rectify

Hi i just got my Vivaz so i dont really know to much about it yet. But i look forward to get to know it a bit better. Cool that this site allows people all over the world to share their opinions, and help eachother when problems occure. To all of you who provides answers and help, i just wanna thank you. Hi,
i found the solution for a yesterday question of reseting.
You have to run PC Suite 6.0 and you choose phone repair. Than you follow the instructions and phone will be repaired.
So far almost 24h works good.

why is that all sony ericsson big phones go off and restart each second? i think its all rubbish for a company of such name...

I am majeed asadullahpour.i live in the city of ahvaz in iran.i love vivaz because it has everything we need while its cheaper than many similar phones of other brands.

Me and my wife just buy this phone. it is realy great. But we have bozh same problem.
Every couple of minutes restart it self. When i look at the screen it want from me to enter PIN code of SIM card. Then i enter the PIN it works again.
Is it maybe because i upload some music from computer?
Yesterday i put out the battery and turn it on again. It was better, but today problems are back.
Can anybody help me?
i searched for update software on ericsson web page, but they dont have any so far.

this phone has got to be the worst built phone sony ericsson have brought out to date, since february 2010 i'm already on my 3rd one, first one was the metal charger port fell out the phone which made charging impossible, the second handset then kept on turning itself off and the touchscreen keys were sticking and i couldn't type and if i tried to use the internet it would kick me out and disconnect me. I'm on my 3rd one now had this one 2days so fingers crossed. But if anyone out there is going to pay alot of money for this phone i would honestly think twice and look at other options x

Sony vivaz good configuration and light weight beautifull touch phone but it is symbian phone and i like windows os so little disadvantage but i like this phone too much
