Hello, i have not bought the phone yet, i just wana know that if i change the network mode from 2G to 3G while i am connected, does it disconnect like in case of android or it continues like in case of nokia phones? Those who are using this phone please tell me. I will be highly thankful to you.

Like the size and shape, fits in hand comfortably. However has a tendency to turn itself off or some other function when in pocket even though password protected.
Not fully compatible with Mac computer. Big disappointment.

I'am using this device for 7 months and I don't have any complaints with the device itself, except the fact that it runs in a Symbian OS, which means it's boring to use. The design is cool, it was nicely designed especially at the back of it. Camera and vid are in high quality. Sound is fine. It hangs and you have no choice but to turn it off and on. my rate is 7/10

Totally awful device, definately the worst I've ever had (and used).
Bad sound quality, bad wifi connectivity, horrible browsing experience, bad touchscreen, unresponsive in general, average camera, protected against hacking or modding, not to mention it runs on Symbian OS, which is slow, unflexible and uninteresting.
Not even for free I would accept that piece of ****, more than 10 years old brick-phones deliver a better experience than Vivaz, run away from it.

how's the internet connection of vivaz? does it connect easily on wifi? or does it have a service to use the internet like in Blackberry you have to get the service of your network to use the net. your respond is highly appreciated, :)

I have used the phone for 2 years, yes battery life is not great, but it is a great value phone and have no huge complaints although phone speaker volume is poor. Camera and video recording is good
You can find the licences on line to activate adobe and quickoffice (just stick them in the directory).
Yes skype works
yes mobipocket reader works
garmin works (v6 is better than v5.05 but this version needs route directory hack)
not all nokia stuff works
easiest way to install stuff is to use the route directory hack (hack installs a standard antivirus package to give you route access, then install rompatcher)
