its very small and light!
and yet very snappy.
i like the design so much.
camera is incredible.
better than satio.

Touch screen is very responsive for resistive. However, phone can be a little slow at times.
The earphones which are provided are really crap though. So i went and purchased new earphones.

Hi all, congrt to sonyericsson Vivaz, it looks good but according to experience, as one of the Biggest fan in to sonyericsson in Libya, touch screen is a bit not comft and when you change the sim card it get stuck!!!!
And again and agin no second camera for the Video call, why sonyericsson why???
BUT but but, the camera with 8.1 mpxl is perfect, amazing shots you get, and a fast internet connection.
Fankly speaking,,,,, i don;t like it.

Hi! Congrats on your Vivaz, I am waiting for mine to arrive this week!!! Is the music ok then , through headphones??...I have read so many different opinions in the internet, I am beginning to be a bit down.

Hi,
I tried on this phone in the store today. It was amazing and stunning phone BEFORE I put the battery and turned it on. However, everything changed after I turned this sexy outlook phone ON. Laggy system, touch screen not responsive enough. I don have enough time to try on its sound and other features since i throw it away after it took me so long to type a message.

the u5 doesnt have track id in its radio like se w995 its similar to a nokia phone and its interface is boring.

Vivaz is very good phone! 8.2 mp camera and easy touch use. 10,2 mps net connection speed and of course wi-fi. I love this phone. I use it as internet connection, as music player, as digital camera, as video recorder, as notebook an as vibrator..

Hi guys i tried this phone yesterday instore and i have a bit of annoying news. I really really was hoping this phone would be amazing as i am due my upgrade this month but it has a flaw. Touch screens should be coherent and rapid flowing, you should be able to type a number into the phone with ease and this you cant its not very easy under your fingers and it freezes regularly other than that it would be perfect but i expect my touch screens to be responsive and i know you prob do aswell

I would say that the sound quality with earphones is phenomenal, and right now I am pairing my phone with a Sony Ericsson bluetooth stereo headset (MW600)- a perfect match to me. Even without the equalizer, the sound is nothing short of satisfying, although the external speaker is neither great nor below average (its scratchy when you crank the volume to the max). I believe at the end of the day, it depends on usage: if you listen to your music in private with earphones like me, then get the Vivaz, and if you don't, then perhaps you could look elsewhere.
