Hi, I am from Indonesia, and I just bought this Vivas (2nd hand) and for these 3 weeks there's nothing wrong with my phone, and I hope there will be no problem at all with it. I decided to buy this phone because of its camera and I do like this 8.1 mp camera...

vmohan, 30 Oct 2011I had purchased a Sony Ericsson VIVAZ , model number U5i in... moreU5i Vivaz is the worst phone after two months the charger socket didn't work I took it to the shop and the guy tried to put the socket in and a piece dropped from the phone and he send it to the main shop and they came back and said they cannot fixed it and that piece in not under warranty. Now a have a broken mobile that cost me 225 euro.

Don, 31 Oct 2011this is a awesome phone...im using this for 6 months...it w... moreI've heard a lot of negetive comments about SE Vivaz.They said though it is a Symbian Phn,but still it doestn't support S60v5 Applications and there is no site for downloading any application 4 Vivaz.They also said that the sound of this phn is terriable and slow.Is that true? M Bored with Java phns.Pls answer me questions.M witing for ur reply.

this is a awesome phone...im using this for 6 months...it works brilliant.
some people said this phone sukz...i recommend this 4n for all of you who like handy,powerful,sexy smart phones..I like sony ericsson & my Vivaz baby... :D

iam using thiz fon for last one week, i got a light used vivaz in xchange with my old x6, so far it is a cool device, HD gamez rockz.. i hav heard a lot of negetive repz abt tiz bt for me tiz device is working like a charm.

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson VIVAZ , model number U5i in May 2010. Not more than a year from its purchase the charger socket became loose and and after few days came back. I studied it on net that many people are getting this issue in their phone and this is basically a design fault. According to warranty policy they should repair this or replace the handset. but instead I went to both the service centres they did not had the spare part and even contacted chennai centre but in vain. They could not help and straigt away said NO. What is this ? What is the use of warranty then? Sony Ericsson should certainly check their services after selling their products !

ma cam isnt savin savin pictures after takin thm, jst tels mi memory ful exit some runnin apps whereas thea aint any runnin.. ma memory is stil remainin 6.5gb. i dnt evn seem to see wea i cn select bt phone memory n the card. plz cn any1 tel mi wats the problem. thnx, waitin 4 arply.

It is really a good set. i am enjoying it. no hang no problem. I love sony ericsson but in pakistan there is no pin pack sony ericsson set is available.

the battery of this phone is really bad secondly if you are listening to the radio and a call comes through the radio goes off unless you turn the machine off

I live in Indonesia, and my keypad, on ABC mode, its lagging when I press 'k' button twice, it's slower than other word. if I press 'i' in qwerty mode, it's slower to... it is because of bugging from the firmware? my firmware is 1224-4699_R2EA023 is it the latest? because SEUS said it is the latest.. but I know R2AA029 version from the forum in SEUS, where I can download that? thank you.
