regarding the sound , you'll need an equalizer and that will greatly improve your sound. I've downloaded one equalizer apps and fixed it at mega bass and it's fine now =)

a little bit about spb mobile shell
- it is super customizable where you can choose what things you want to put on your walls (there's 5 walls to play with) unlike the one in vivaz where you can choose the 5 walls but not customizing them like putting different apps and functions
it's makes the phone look really different with additional functions (mostly are modified ones)
but the drawback for this application is that it consumes quite a lot of battery power too, I had it full charged on midnight and it dies around after 20 hours . sad =(

vivaz has good battery that will last for 2 to 2.5 days with normal use.i am using since four month & i have no problem with battery life.

satio has no 3.5 mm jack which is a turn down for some of the phone users, it's still using the fast port
the O.S doesn't make much difference since both is symbian , only an older or newer version
the cpu is lower than vivaz 600mhz(satio) compared to 720mhz (vivaz). Lower ram = lagger it is . even with 720 mhz , my vivaz experienced a slight delay when opening application such as conversation . I don't know if it's my phone problem only or it's all the same
satio also 'theoretically' lose in battery lifespan to vivaz but who knows? my vivaz battery lifespan only last a day without even heavy usage (maybe it's the battery problem)
what I think about me phone? I think it's okay, downloading application will be a little tougher as it is very rare to find symbian applications (which I'm still searching so please give links if you know any)
and to install them into your phone is somewhat complicated for new users because some apps you need to sign them with signer etc etc etc
I Like the camera though, and others I've still haven't go into details. if I found more delights in the phone I'll post to you too =)

the camera is good in daylight but so-so in night time .
The sounds is low but with a good equalizer apps you can overcome that problem.
Regarding web access I'm not so sure because I've not yet explore till there
and I once read a comment stating that there's a front camera for this phone which most of us can't see and till now I still don't know where is it .
so that's it sorry if it didn't helped much

what makes Vivaz great is the possiblity to use the greatest app there is - SPB mobile shell UI!!
I have it on mine, and it transfers the Vivaz in amazing way.
Being a dealer, you really should know that..
SE officially decided to ship Vivaz with SPB 5.0 on some markets - at that says enough.
