its d worst phone ever..it hangs unnecessarily and one cant even transfer apps to memeory card..don not buy 4 any reason.

People i'm telling you this. Sony Ericsson W205 is a seriously bad phone. I used this for 2 months and guess what?? Many games and applications i download form the internet does not work in this phone and many themes don't work 2!!! And the music quality is very bad!! It's battery is low and finish's very fast! There are a 1000000000 better cheap phones in the world that are better than this.

I bought a W205 6 months ago and believe me its one of the worst handsets ive seen/had.Ive pre-owned a Motorola razr and Sony ericsson 550i.While the latter sony was just fine this particular model is TERRIBLE.The ONLY good thing is the music WHICH U CANT USE without draining the battery.Half hour of music=half battery gone.
Please go to a shop where they have working models and check it out.The messaging is terrible and hangs unless you type at 1letter/2secs.My verdict->DONT BUY IT.

I put in 2GB sony M2 memory card on it and when I transfer a file from another phone to this phone using bluetooth, it says OPERATION FAILED... But when I remove the M2 memory card and try to transfer a file again using bluetooth, it works... The M2 memory card is working well with my sony ericsson W380i phone.. any ideas what would be the problem?

hi..i have used this but it don't have pc internet mode & also very slow speed and low battery backup..it was my 1st & last sony phone..but it has a gud sound..bst of luk 4 ur buy

grace, 27 Oct 2010how to activate internet?Simply Just call ur customer care to send u internet settings.
They'll send it into 3 stages, u've to accept it. The settings will be stored into ur phone.

Hey all of you,don't believe this guys this phone is very good. Once you buy the phone the, phone's software is outdated. once you update your phone at your sony ericsson dealer,it will not only make your software up to date,but also enhance your phone's performance. Yes the battery backup is poor,but you can replace your original battery with a unbranded battery with higher mAH,it will enhance your phone's backup. And you can save your downloded applications in memory stick by using suitable application.
SO,if you're thinking of buying this phone...go for it
it is the cheapest SE walkman phone.It only requires a few extra bucks to update the phone(you can do it yourself) ONCE YOU UPDATE you'll be satisfied for your choice.... I'll rate this phone 7/10.. I'm speaking the truth...believe it or NOT
