This phone is pretty bad, i have the same problems described by uma! You have to keep takin the battery out wheneva it hangs and it hangs so often!

I'm unable ... morehey the truth is with all phones just dont look at the price if you want durability read reviews carefully.If you wanna keep a phone for long then its ok to increase your range as it is an investment.Sony has awesome durability.n try not buying very old models-miore than 1 1/2 year old ones.

Vanness Lee, 18 Aug 2010i have regret to have this phone becoz its battery flat ver... moreaaaih this really its a bad phone to have i have same pro with battery after buying it,it was flat pap battery and i charge this thing almost every day caring charger were ever i go....damn!

I purchased this worst mobile one month ago.
I'm unable to set songs in memory card as ring tones
and my phone is not accepting any setting (like.. screen saver,wall paper,ring tone,ring tone to a contact,message tone and themes)
It is not effected by any virus
please help me, "how will i get all my mobile features back?"
please post the reply if any one know the solution to this problem,
I cant buy another phone for 4 years......please help me........

i have regret to have this phone becoz its battery flat very fast...cannot stand for 1 day even i rarely use it...when i texting message it will hang when its almost at the end of 1 msg length..everytime i take out the battery it will reset the time and date...the only great things about this phone is its sound quality is good...but it shud be becoz its a walkman phone...i wonder why sony wan make this product..

this is worst phone i have ever had of my 8 models till.iam using it as ipod rather than cell.can able txt fastly...rarely calling and for music....
