New w302 user, 03 Jul 2009how do you update you sortware on the phone? this phone is ... morew 302 does support m4a,aac,mp3.all you have to do is download an encoder like xilisoft audio converter,go to settings in the encoder,select "low complexity"and encode.if you use defult settings in the encoder,it WILL NOT PLAY.

very very bad phone,
thenes can't changed,pc suite nt available yet.
poor sound quality,
poor battery back up,
cant transfer photos from ur w302 to ur pc wid provided data cable.
poor display screen.
DONT PURCHASE THE PHONE

I'm regretting after buying this stupid phone.The battery life is horrible,have to recharge everyday!
I bought this phone after my w350i was stolen.
I read a few reviews online which said that it was a decent.It has good looks,which prompted me to buy the phone..although I didn't get the silver one.
The keys are too small and messaging is very slow when you want to type 2 letters from the same key..it takes too long.
This was never a problem in the w350i.Even the battery life was much better in w350i.It used to last for almost 2 days and I remember recharging on alternate days.It even came with the pc suite and themes was never a problem.And it had the best buttons on a phone.
I recommend buying the w350i,if you are looking for a good budget music phone.I'm actually selling my 2 week old w302 for a brand new w350i.

how do you update you sortware on the phone? this phone is not fun, it tels me the m4a and mp3 are unsupported media formats and i have to save my number 2times before it shows on the phone book. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

its a fowl set.not support use as a modem.it has no pcsuite.so no waste ur money.

Can any one tell me, the stereo widening option is inbuild the walkman player? Without Stereo Widening Option walkman mobile is baaaadddddd..... N this is the biggest weakness of sony ericsson walkman player. Nokia give Stereo Widening option in nokia 3110 classic phone n it's range in india only 4200/- n sony ericsson give stereo widening option in Sony Ericsson w660 n it's range in India 8500/-. All of u guys u understand what i say? I'm a big fan of Sony Ericsson w550 but other walkman mobile? go to hell! I want to buy a mobile n if Sony Ericsson w302 is eneble the stereo widening in wlkman player then i definetely buy this mobile. So guys please tell me.... It's urgent.

this fone is sound like i love it the only down side is you only have the themes tht come wee the fone but i think 1 of them are sound

This phone is cr*p... my ant "Lou" sings louder than this phone, no PC suit support, bad image quality even 2MP, no flash lite, so can't customize, no zoom-in images, it can't open images greater than 1MB, don't waste ur money! don't buy it...

this phone is really too much cheap and have low quality video cam, i will prefer you people to buy other call phone instead on this one
