Unreliable phone. My first W350 went dead after merely trying to transfer mp3's to the phone. The replacement did not fair much better, as the screen would turn gray after a few minutes of phone use. The buttons are tiny and must be pushed with your fingernails should you want accuracy. Great candy bar style, but DON'T waste your money on this phone or its flawed design.

I have this wonderful phone,which is very slim and teh battery works fine for this model. Almost 2 years carrying him gently with no broken FLIP or smth else. Works fine, good quality sound(it is SONY though). Anything else is the quality of the back,u cannot scratch it, strong enough ! NICE MATERIAL !
P.s. w350 is made for messaging and walkman !!!

W 350 amazing, no flip break problem. I f flip broken it reflect that u ppl are bad care taker.

This phone is extermely nonsense. this phone is not made for who used cell phone very roughly.
So delicate and flip is made of plastic.

Bad phone. The flip is just made of plastic and tends to break easily... Acids on your sweat can corrode and erase the orange portions of the phone, and in the long run the keypad will eventually FALL off.
I still have the phone and it looks like a survivor from a suicide-bombing incident

w350 rejects applications that runs with bluetooth, and games with multiplayer function.

Maruf, 04 Feb 2010Good looking, its a nice phoen to haveIf u r lookin for a cheap music fone u can buy this phone if ur choice is restricted to sony ericson.dont let the look fool u.this phone uses a walkman player v 2.0 other phones released in 2008 have walkman player 3.0.for example se g502.the only worthy thing u get when u buy this phone is its headset.plug into other phones and u can feel that the audio effects r much better than w350.this phone doesnt support 3gp hq and mp4 videos.though this is a walkman phone this doesnt support WMA format.it only supports mp3 and aac.this phone has a crappy .3 mp camera with no video recording.video dj is not offered in w350.the video and picture quality is poor.java support is average.not a good choice for a music phone.you can go for nokia 5130 or g502 which is much better than both w350 and nokia 5130

very good phone. it does multitasking. very good sounds. acceptable processing speed. VERY GOOD BASS QUALITY!!! ESPECIALLY THE EARPHONES!!
