ankita, 16 Oct 2009bukwaas fone........sound quality is too good..but i think ... morewell its a phone not ipod , they have given one extra feature like ipod, remember ipod doesnt make calls but this phone does, about flip i think u guys need to use ur phone with soft hands its nature is like it to treat it softly...i m using this from 1 yr its still great with that flip..if urs is broken then buy new flip..its available in the markrt..in india.

Trying to listen too some music but it says pla... moremaybe some of your mp3 file no longer exist on your specified folder cos it has been moved to other folder or completely remove from phone memory, so the playlist on your walkman player whic is the shortcut to the mp3 file cant' read it. yo better make a new play list to solve the problem
