some questions:
1.Does the flip broke easily? I want to use this phone for 1-2 years. Can the flip dure it without broking??
2.Can i listen to RADIO in flip mode or flip mode is only for mp3???

i hate this phone! the whole point of buying this phone was for the flap and the music feature on it! it broke in 3 weeks and it because literally impossible to lock the keypad. my phone has completely died on me! :( it was a waste of hard earned money!

light, 28 Apr 2009it is a very good phone... just be careful on the flap thin... moreI have the phone... It's not very good because the phone memory on it is next to none. The flap broke without me even applying any pressure or force on it. Also guaranteed if you do not got to a Sony store you will not find the memory card... The memory card i got was a lucky find because it came with my sisters old ericsson and its only 64 mb. Everything else like sound is very nice. Camera is good 1.3 mp. But.. No Video recording, which was a big bummer. Yet i still hold onto the phone because it's Sony. And has good sound. Also its the only phone I have untill I can buy a new one. If you need a phone that will last a good year or so. W350a is an okay choice.

it is saying that memory stick is not inseted, though there is a memory card of 512 MB inside....Battery problem....(only few hours it is working)Please rectify the errors.....

The ones sold in Malaysia buyer has to be careful bcos the so called AP sets are recond models from overseas. The original ones have software problems so buy carefully. Mine had to send for service twice.

It should have a basic web browser preinstalled. And even if not, you can always download Opera mini on your computer and transfer it to the phone via bluetooth.
