i bought the phone by seeing the brand.after that i found that it has some defects.it does n't have the video recording.some of the video formats are not supportive.it's ear phones are horrible.it shows walkman when we close the flip.that's one of the defect.i think there is no use of wall papers and themes with this defect.know the features that you want before u buy it thak u.kiran.vijayawada.a.p.mail me at kiran.0014@gmail.com

i'm having major problems trying to get music on this phone. plugging in the usb cable, my laptop didn't even detect the phone. i went out and got a lexar 1GB microSD card and still nothing. i tried connecting it to a laptop with windows xp (mine has vista) and it still wasn't detected. can anyone tell me what's up?

Oh, I made a mistake to post to wrong phone model. What I wrote was for the W380. Had paid
$230 and got $80 after 4 months. The market has the same opinion than mine: SONY-ERICSSON sucks all together.

i had this phone for a couple of days now and i love it. my whole life i've moved from budget phone to another and this is the best so far. so what if it has a couple of problems, so what? every phone has one and its A budget phone, u cant expect everything!

Very easy to install music. Have to get used to how the bottom flips open though. Overall I'm satisfied with it though.

I had first Ericsson in 1996 and no second (W380) in 2008. Both are horrible phones. The 2008's has less software bugs but its music quality is worse than do not know how to describe. Just plug the Altec Lansing wire to the audio output of W380 then you'll here it really sucks.
Another thing is it extreamely slow in every aspects. Speech volume is very low in traffic you just CANNOT use it even loudspeaker is on.
I thing Ericsson and Sony together should stop producing any phones of their kinds. Ericsson SUCKS. SONY SUCKS

Stop critising this phone its sells for £60-£80 in most shops so what do u expect with a budget phone?? Its not gonna be like an iphone is it!!!

hi this really sucks as its named walkman but its not even a gd fm so forget abt music quality..phone has got a bundle music quality & rest d camera wid no recording.......so i wont suggest dis pphone 2 any1 & ya ya its only 1 socket also gets worse quickly
