I got this phone from a local Sony Store in my area. I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the features of the unbranded version of the phone far outweighted the features of the ATT branded version. I would suggest paying the little bit extra for the unbranded phone.

My 4, 5, and 6 keys cracked after one day of owning this phone. I love the phone and the design, but the cracking keys seems to be an issue that a lot of people are having.

my friend told me that models with Boulevard Black color and Metro Pink color have reinforced keyboard and some more features. Is that true ????

I've now had 3 W580i's, supplied by o2. On ever ocassion the buttons have cracked. Its obviously a fault with the phone. Sony Ericsson need to sort it!Just lucky for me o2 have been so good at looking after me as a customer!

this phone is great. who every is saying that the keys crack within a day, must be high. Camera is pretty good, but when trying to take a picture in dark room since its lacking flash, wont be very clear.

This phone is the best phone i ever had. it slides very easily. and buttons are so nice.
why would you not be satisfied with this phone.

i got this phone AFTER i had to sony ericsson s500 for barely a week when 5 keys cracked!! and go figure today, after having gotten the w580 after being told it dind't have a problem, my number 1 key cracked!! and on top of that, when opening up the memory cover to remove it to send into SONY ERICSSON...it now won't CLOSE!!! i luved the way the s500 and even started to liket his one...but the problems are just not worth the trouble!!

i bought this cell 2 months before but till now i has been serviced for 2 times, display problem hear phone problem dont buy this mobile in your life time battery is very bad

Hey people, here in argentina and chile there have been many problems with that phone, I don't know if it has to do with the fabrication
or because Brazil is providing us. Can you tell me where did you get the phones? and are you having the same problem over there? (like...broken keypads, faded painting etc..)
