i've been using this fone for almost 1 year. i love this fone. it has great features. i like the design. the size of this fone suits me and most of all, i love the sound. see the only problem is that since i used this fone last year. it always have problem with the keypad. its hard and crack. and sometimes the keypad does'nt work. i've been sending the fone for repair almost three times. but it repeat being broken. so i decided to change for a new easy flexible fone with such a glad

i would like to know what formats of video and audio this phone plays. i know it plays most audio formats but i have yet to figure out what video formats it plays.

i had this phone for about just under a year when it first come out. i love the feature of the lights on this phone and i think it is cool for music too. the only problem i have ever had with this phone is that the speaker broke. this also happened on another sony ericsson thart i had for a few months i dont know why it broke . other than that it is a really good phone. since this phone i have had the lg cookie and other lg phones and now have the jalou. if you have any questions pleases dont hesitate to ask. charley

well i'm using dis phone from almost 2 years..it's a great phone i ever had..great display..great sound quality..great model..only problem is with it's keypad...it's got cracks in the very begnning..but still i love to have dis phone..!
every love's to have a phone like mine..!!

a tremendous phone to buy.......its just sooo ASTONISHING it has all the features,what a good phone should have I AM JUST GLAD TO BUY THIS PHONE its look sexy&BEAUTIFUL WHEN my friends are look this phone they allays says your phone sooo ----- ! i like this phone`

I've had this phone for 2-3 years (i know.. time for another Sony..!) and it is amazing. the music features are some of the best. but the keypads does break and the space key doesnt work anymore.. only if i press down pretty hard. still great phone, love making my own themes and making the side-lights wicked colors! One of my favorites. Another problem is the charger input. you have to be very careful plugging it in,, or else after some (fast) time it won't read itself as charging or wont read itself on computers, because the plug is so large.. I have been using this for the last 20 months...and its absolutely fine looking like a new one.but the keypad is really bad.. al th keys hav gotta crack in it.. i dont know why it suddenly hangs sometimes

I hav used the phone for past 1 yr and still looks as if i hv bought it jst a week back so a brilliant phone for those who handle there phones wid care!!! One of the Best by Sony.......... Love u Sony and thanx for W580i

I have this phone for almost two years, now.
I like it as I find its functionality and design quite appealing.
Pro-s:
- - -
1. very nice screen: bright and vivid (though it has its toll on the battery)
2. well built (except the buttons, see below)
3. It's interesting for me to watch how much do I walk or run, so I like this feature.
4. Love the modifiable quick menu. I set the first option to Turn On Bluetooth to easily activate my ear-piece while in car.
Cons:

1. Call quality is ok, should be better.
2. I have 8 cracked keys. They are so flimsy. And the volume up button eventually stopped functioning. May be internal cleaning will be sufficient.
3. I regularly find myself setting the brightness level to 50%, in order to make sure I'll not tun out of juice...
4. A dropped the phone on wood floor a few times. Almost every time, the battery cover along with the battery were detached, and the dates were reset.

1. The USB cable, plugged into a USB2 port will charge your battery up to 86-90%.
2. I prefer using Opera Mini as my web browser, rather than the native one, as Opera Mini is feature-packed and consumes MUCH less traffic.
