last 8 months back i bought this phone.the joy stick buttons was broken and automatically cut the phone calls and automatically switch off phone was restarted the comany was concetrate this things to satisfied the people

This phone is crap! brought it about 8 months ago, and 2 keys have cracked already. sony ericsson phones are meant to be the best arent they?!? i had one before and it was 10x as good as this one i hvae got now. i am currently looking for a better one. help?!?

dont recomend it to anyone my keys broke then my hash button wouldnt work the my back button stoped work and the one time i dropped it off ma bed the screen stoppeed working its too frigile i know 3 others that had this phone and they dontrecomend it as well

phone is very sexy, shape aslo so cute. but my mobile keypad (joistic and shortcut key's) has been cracked with in 15 day. kindly find the solution for this. hopes company will understand customer satisfaction...

After three replacements courtsey of my carrier, I finally received a W580i that functioned as it should. For more than a year, this little multi-functional handset has proven to be a handy device.

hahah never evr buy dis fone cauz ihz crap.By the way ppl did yew nuh dat from al dah pohne comapies ericsson iz dah worst 1 becaus it has 2 many software problems n dah best is samsung beace it has least probles. so you should personaly from my view never buy an ericsson fone becasue dey hav 2 many sotware problems n 2 b honest wid yew dah onli gud things about ericsson fones r dah dat is dah onli company dat makes walkmans if any other company made walkmans den never in my life w ould i buy a fone from them. and regarding dis fone W580

How is the screen size of this phone 2"? I measured mine and it was 2.2 and not 2.0. And comparing it with other 2" phones like W810i and N72 it is alot longer although same in width. And I got cracked keys in mine too and now i am happier than before because the middle part is raised and the pressing it is easier. Pin thos phone along with the Media Manager software and songs at AAC+ 92kbps and this phone is a real winner. And the camera lens is hidden and the back cover almost never gets scratched because it is raised. This phone RULZ!!!

i bet this brand new model are too awesome in the aspect of the design,shape and the colour also attractive;besides its speaker could be listen in pleasant condition where it was built sharply on the center of the button.it made it's unique than the other.i juz disatisfied with the performance of the CRACKED! keypad which occured either softly touched or harsh indeed.it juz lessen my performance of typing the text tremendously which i owns.however,i mostly support this model,w580i!

Do not get this phone unless you are verrrrrrrry careful and do not need it for long term. The buttons are verrrrrry fragile. I had mine for almost a year, then it vibrated and fell off a 3 foot counter onto CARPET and the screen stopped working. If you get this fone be verrry careful with it, but overall it was a good fone, but not worth as much as it costs

ive had this fone for about 1 and a half years
overall its design is sleek and sexy
awesome colours too
however the keys are weak and break easily and the camera is ok. music quality is awesome and very loud
however sometimes it just randomly freezes
if you use it alot battery life lasts about 1 and a half days. overall i would give it a 6/10 and rather consider buying a w980

i hav s500, isn't it look same model with tis phone??
s500 keypad has a really2 bad material, same by tis one..and my fren hav same problem with it. KEYPAD CRACKING ONE BY ONE..
