I've had nothing but troubles. My girlfriend and I both have them and they've been away for warranty a total of eight times, collectively. Use caution when buying this phone...

May anyone tell me how long this phone can last in standby mode? Any configuration that need to be set to make this phone long lasting.. can anyone tell me cause my phone need to be charge every 1 1/2 days...

guys, i m kind of spooked out over here, coz i put all my savings in buying this cell, and its not even a day. r u guys sure its that bad, n u didnt use it really roughly? i prefer to b optimistic

all my friends and me bought it in different colours (not green it gross LOL)
not one of us has had to send it in to get fixed we text heaps as well but it works good and looks good to!!!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970thats is a bit of BAD language i ahve this phone and calm down just a tad.... love dis phone it got good stuff on it and does a good job at being a phone maybe some of you guys should take it with a little more care and then you would like it better!!! i have this phone in RED and it great just treat it better and maybe you would not need to send it in!!!! it a good phone

this is a great phone it is so cute and has like the best sound!!! i have droped it heaps!!! but still goes and best off all have not taking it in yet to get fixed

the sound on this is really good!!!! had it 4 5 months now and had no problem it is a really good phone but you have to look after it and not push buttons really hard hit them soft and phone will do what you want it to!!! it is a really cute phone thats why i bought and would not trade it in for anything right now... happy with it

the phone has been very inconvenient for me. First, the phone occasionally go straight to the internet even if the keypad is on lock. This seems to happen whenever the phone is in my purse. I have been changed almost $200 on internet service that I have not used. Secondly, after a few months screen just burn out on me. Not from any damage. I remembered on day I was playing a game on my phone when all of sudden the scream fade. So I had the phone replaced with the same model. I'm still having a problem with internet service popping up on my phone whenever its in my purse. Oh yeah, I can't a f@*!ing phone case for this model.

i have had my phone for 2 and 1/2 days. its nice but yet it is a crap phone cause the screen broke. in less than 2 days it broke. all by me pulling it out of my pocket. (my phone that is). and there wasnt anything in there to do it. its to touchy i think.
now i do think it looks nice and is awsome for the fact that it has fm and an mp3. but it the screen that makes me hate it. and i text alot so that is a must for us texters. i say they should make the screens out of something harder than that material. personal opinion. i know not everyone would agree with me on it, hence the personal opinion.

the phone is great feature-wise, and i actually liked it for the most part
however, i can't recommend a phone that breaks down after 6 months.
i have lost functionality in 3 buttons now, and the phone itself refuses to start up. all it does now is flash red on the right side when i press the power button.

i must have good luck as i only sent mine to sony once and its never broke since! and i think it may be your ears as the sound quality as always on the walkman phones is loud and brilliant!
