hi .. i love this phone its great but one problem came just few days back plz plz plz plz give me solution if any body knws plzzzzzz in my phone at left side the short cut option button is not woking even i had change wallpapers themes but of it works ,,, i think u ll got who ever is reading ths.... so plzz if sumbody knws tell tht which thing had created ths prob...i ll be so gr8full

I send my W595 for repair for upper key pad light lighted up when insert battery and did not notice my LED also got problem, the technician Mr. Lo Kang Wee should have notice that because it is very clear you can see some line on the panet .That was 1 day before my warranty expiry. They have repaired the upper key pad problem and leave the LED problem unrepaired and they upgrade the software which I never request for. Today 01.04.2010 I send my w595 for repair due to charging of battery problem. They told me the charging problem is due software problem and the repair cost about $26.00 In the first place I did not request for upgrade of software and now they want to charge me for that. Do you think is fair to me.

This Phone is Great. The Design is Cool. But if this Phone have an LED Flash for the Camera is more excellence. By the way thanks a lot to the W595 Designer.

W595 is ok, a moderate phone.. somehow.. the slide keep slighty wobble,"wobbling" .. and the the back speakers produce higher pitch sounds.. which I dislike .. overall the phone,performance is okay. But I have somethings to demand. I hope SE can improve,made their phones more "smart" . SE sliders are outdated actually,which many people knows, If SE can made more touchscreen phones,The success like past SE belong,Still SE. SE rules!!!

I m using this phone since 1 year. as far as my rough hand is concerned, this mobile is still like the new one. music quality is THE BEST. Slider mechanism is excellent. The only Draw back is Camera is not auto focusing.

does anyone know i can get rid of the internet lock. it was never on it before and since i got a software upgrade i now have to put in a password and pin to get onto the net and this is stopping the track id from working. it's not under security or internet settings as far as i can see. please help, it's so annoying

Hello guys i've been using this phone since an year and felt it the best but one fine day the lcd stuck when i opened the slide but was running in the background and worked perfectly when the slide was down and after 2 days the lcd has totally gone i switched off my phone and turned on my keypad has got light but no light nothing displayed on the screen
plz helpme if u can ?
