This phone had me so happy when i got it...
then aftern a day of use and loading up some music to it (mind you i read the foruns and not put too much), there was about 100 mbs of free space on it...
BAM
WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH!!!!!
i am so disappointed...
sony ericsson made the perfect phone with the worst bug...
i would not reccomed this phone...

its not that much bad if we see from its features it is a complete mobile but the camera in night connot give u that much clear result as u have in day time...

Camera = Very Disappointing..
MP3 Quality = ... normal
Size= a little too big..
functions = pretty good.
Overall... good phone.. but not so greed-filling =D

this phone is the best phone in the world...no faults this phone has and it is very loud... best camera.....this phone is overall the best...what else can a phone need

I have owned so many phones in my life and the w600 is the best phone i have owned. It does everything that you could think of except unlock your car. There is only 1 minor downfall with the phone and that is, despite the daytime pictures coming out clear, the nighttime pictures dont have the same clarity. Seeing as though you dont buy a phone just for the camera you buy it for the phone then all in all I would recommend this phone to everyone it is definentally my favorite.

Turn the fone on silent then take photos that way thers no annoying shutter sound :-)

Hey, some noob guy said that the difference betwen w550i and w600 is that w600 is for North America Market and w550i is for Europe Market. LOL, THAT IS NOT TRUE. W600 and w550i are both available in Europe and America, the diference is that w600 has EDGE and W550i dont has it. I am going to buy w550i, because i dont need EGDE for nothing. Great phone, dont worry about "white screen of death", is happens in 1 for 100 thousands of cell phones. And if it happens to you, simply send it back to Sony Ericsson and get a new one with that problem solved. W550i/W600 RULEZ

My W600 is Silver end Blue, i had one phone Nokia 6822, a phone very, very poor in functions aspect.The Sony Ericsson W600 is the BIGGER phone im my country: The Brazil. Very much in functions...

Has anyone use this phone as a wireless modem for a laptop? Can you attain the GPRS or EDGE data rates? I am using a ROGERS plan.

hahah typer272727, the way i solved the white screen of death is leaving it on for about 5-10mins and it automatically turned on, if it still doesnt work then you should return it cuz its gona happen some time later. hope this helps.

i've had the w600i for about 2 months and it's a great phone, except for sometime it freese when most of the memory is used up.

i have a w600 and when i check the memory status it says that has 236mb free and when i connect it to the disc2phone thing it onley recognizes 24.8mb,,, and i can only put like 4 songs...any help?
