been using this phone for 1year now with 2gb memory card.
been very loyal and a good phone to me,but im changing cause im getting very bored of it.

I used this phone for 5 months and changed it to w810i
this phone is great in everything and I decided to sell it beacuse of the following:
1- No flash themes so you got only one design of the main icons.
2- No autofocus which enhances the quality of the picture taken sepcially when you shot words or apage in a book
3- the main desplay is small and not so clear and bright like that of the w810i
4- the joystick is boring and if your fingers are wet you won't be able to use select the right direction specailly when using the walkman player
5- it comes with a256 memory stick which is no enough at all as the mp3 files wolfs the memory aveliable.
6- the usb, the charger and the earphones use the same plug and by usage you will need more time to fix any of these in it's place as it falls and disconnect quickly
but it's sound is clear but not very loud.

My lovely phone!! perfect in all aspects! about hanging I'm using a 1G memory stick for about 6 months and have no problem. small size,nice appearance,good camera & good voice!

hi everybody... im using this for the past 8months & some problems are as the memory goes up the cell becomes slow and headset wont works properly and also the colour is fading and then all others are perfect cam and sound is perfect.... and this is a type of phone which cant be used softly....

its a gr8 phone . if ur phone is hanging buddy its coz u have over loaded it ...... i have one runin on a 512 card it works like a charm ... better dan ne nokia .... faster .... crisper . better ...... battery mostr amazing ..... well done sony ............ im proud of u guys ..... go do us proud

Mann.. I ve been using this phone for the last 10 odd months.. Problems are too much.. too very much that they cover up the features of the phone.. The phone hangs all of a sudden.. The charger and the audio headset use the same interface and hence it fails so easily. The failure could even be coz of sweat or dust.. Still the phon doesnt serve its purpose. Now, I cannot charge,.. neither can I listen to any music.. Shear waste...

Hey guys finally got my w700i
i think everyone knows about this excellent creation by my favourite brand
but according to my experience for a normal mobile user this fone is a COMPLETE fone
infra , blue tooth , usb for data
radio , video , mp3 for fun
awesome design etc etc etc
what else u want ...... ?????

My dear friends,
I have bought this phone only in three months.After using this period the phone could not take photes even the camera didnot open anyway.then i took it to the service center.they checked it and said it will be done tomorrow.on that day when i went to service center they exchanged my mobile phone.so i request to everybody never take your set before you checked.

wow its been a while since i've been on gsmarena. i've been stuck with this phone for about 10 monthes now. a lot of problems. it always blacks out and freezes. especcially when playing music. i don't like the color of this either. i like the W800 better. its the same thing though so it still freezes also.

this phone is superb it has all the facilities u need,its awsome,man u can even use it as an ipod. The sound quality is better than an ipod.so ppl i advise u to buy this phone if u are loking for a good phone.

i like it soo much cuz its clear loud sound-
good camera(2mp without autofocus)-small size -walkman-flash light(its really help)
so .its great phone with a little old Specifications

I will like to clear the air about autofocus, it is a useful feature to have specially if you want crisper and defined photos that said , I have shot nearly 200 photos with W700i and my experience is that in daylight the shots are superb, if you have a steady hand and use the brightness setting using joystick up or down motion you can get good sharpness. What I have learnt is If I keep the brightness level a degree higher I get bright photos (1600 x 1200) mode, in night or inside room using brightness with night mode (keypad 7)and shooting in lit areas you cant get shots without pixelation and yellow color, it is a good all purpose camera, I have come to like it. W700i software is good better than k750i so I chose it over the latter.

Sony w700i ships with 250 MB SAN DISK memory card, the quality of that card is good, been using it extensively for photographs and MP3 no problems at all

hey guys,i've been using dis fone 4 a year now & i can bet u it's been great.i almost converted it into a computer by downloading more than 100 softwares on it as well as applications.no fone can satisfy u except u make it what u want it to be because the defaults that come with the fone are boring.thanx.
