i ve just bought this phone a month before
and now my camera pics are not saving..........memory has enough space..........and also i cannot set my wallpapers ........even having jpeg images
plz can anyone solve the problem??????

This is a lovely everyday fone.I've had mine now 4 about 4 months and no problem with d stability of d software at all.The only problem is wit d hardware,it tends 2 collect scratches,especially on d screen,like my ipod nano.
It has descent amount of memory built in (32MB to be precise),and mine was supplied wit a 256MB memory stick duo.
The OS is responsive and fast.Never have i had to reboot it due to crashin or anything of dat sort.
Downloaded games play well,and u can tell the processing power of the phone is good compared to many in its price range.The apps i installed r also very responsive.
If music is ur priority,then i suggest u upgrade d memory card immediately u buy the phone.It handles music well,although i noticed it didnt tag songs i encoded wit itunes in AAC format properly.Another thing is,in other to search ur library through artist,album e.t.c u will have to use the CD that comes wit d fone(Disc2Phone).
The camera lacks the auto focus of the W800,but still does a good job,if u r able to hold it firmly while taking pics.The JPEG compression is also good,and d camera has useful extras like the 2 LED's which actually help in poor light conditions.
I use the phone in Nigeria,n i didnt subscribe 4 internet,but from my experience wit d T610 i trust the browser will also be reasonable,at least it will browse wap sites without prblems.
The loudspeaker of d fone is loud,i mean loud,this is one thing i really like about d fone,hard to miss a call cos u didnt hear it ring.The supplied earphones r also beautiful.
I'm only planning to switch to the nokia E61i because i want to go back 2 smartphones,n it appears to do evrything i nneed.
In conclusion i think the W700 is a lovely fone,and sony ericsson the best mobile fone company.

in video recording mode we can zoom up to 4 x zoom but why not in camers mode ? in camera mode zoom is limited to 2 x only:)

Now It's better to go with W700i except auto focus rest of all the same features. even you could find additional in w700i as this is a walkman series with 256Mb card. and more over the ear phones are very good when compared with w700i.

Hi all;
I having this mobile from past 9 months , till now it's good. but I feel that my speaker volume has come down. and more over I would like to extend my memory card to 2GB.
will this effect my operation speed if i upgrade it to 2 GB. Please let me know.

w700 is a good lookin phone.
it would much bettr if the cam hv autofocus and macro function.
And if it would hv equipped with edge!

I have this one with 2GB memory.No problem.But camera pic was fair quality.K750 better then one...
Does anyone know how to lock the folder like on samsung phone?

To take video for more than 10 sec, go to setting - make sure that you have selected High Quality Video for shoot mode and Memory Stick for save to. If you selected for picture message for shoot mode, you will get 10 sec video only.
