There is no help for that, you just have to be careful so you dont turn on the camera unknowingly.
Also all W700 owners should be careful and not put too much pressure on plastic around keypad, easy to crack and scratch.

i've bought this phone 2 weeks ago.i seemed to have no problem except that some times its camera turns on by it self especially when it is on keypad lock.can any one help me on this.please guys

your signal quality will depend on your network not on the phone? and w700i is better than k610i or k618i cause they don't have radio and ofcourse they are not music phones

if u lost ur cd driver or software u can go to sonyericsson.com and look for the phone u have and click on ur phone, and then find the free software and download it. that's what i did to my s.e w800i.

i've been planning to buy either K610i or W700i... which one is way better.. can we use 2GB memory stick on both of em? Please somebody gimme advice, thanks

yEah! this phone is great,I like all it's features but my only problem people is, I am fond of saving hundreds or more messages coming from my friends, but I can't do
this w/ this phone (w700i). aRE there anybody that can help me how to save messages directly to my 256mb memory stick??? I think it's IMPOSSIBLE!!(they seem forgot to this stuff )

OFCOURSE w700i is WAP ENABLED i am able to do search through internet ex. yahoo,msn,friendster etc... Your provider does not know how to handle those settings. BLAME YOUR NETWORK NOT ON YOUR PHONE

yes u can have unlimitted videos by pressing settings then select memory card on your camera menu, regarding to auto focus, w700 has fix focus, theres less difference between autofocus and fix, w700i is has more nice display than k750 because all of my friends are using sony and we keep comparing them.

i have been trying to connect to WAP, but for some reason its not connecting, keeps on giving error,,,, the service providers told me that this phone is not WAP enabled,,,, anyone know anything about this,, i am sure there is WAP, but then why would they tell me this?.

i got a w700i and k750i i noticed that the w700i outstands k750i interms of display, why? well ofcourse w700i is the latest one, and the joystick of w700i is more durable compare to k750's very plastic and cheap plastic cap, thats why k750's joystick is easy to break unlike to metal joystick of w700i. So go for w700i, its affordable and more upgraded and ofcourse a music phone.

i recently bought w700i & the only problem m facing is that when i play the video (captured from this phone) on the computer THERES NO SOUND IN THAT Video. n obvously the video plays fine on the phone. please help me with that.
