hi guys,
i wanna ask does W700i able to read media file? if not, so what i can do for the phone inorder for the phone to be able to read media file..? does anyone know?

hi im raj i have planned to buy a se phone with good features ive selected w700i and w550i and im totally confused with these two phone please can any one tell me which is the better phone i can chose for good sound quality.......

w550 has dual speakers so i guess it's louder than than w700

i like to know that w700 sound thru speaker is louder than w550. beacuse i hear w550 sound its awsome so plaese tell me

It can be used here in Brasil, since your carrier is a GSM one. It has the same GSM frequences as the W810. Just buy the simcard.

Hello!
I am a user of this phone and I can assure everyone wanting to buy it/already bought it; that it is the same as w800i/w810i except for:
a) no autofocus
b) comes with a 256mb card
The big price difference is just because of these two factors and believe me, you dont want to pay an extra 50 bucks or so just for autofocus and 256 mb of storage.
I know many people who have bought this phone and they all love it. It supports "ms pro duo" cards upto probably 8gb but I have checked it with a 2 gb card, and it works flawlessly.

Here is the solution to your problem:
1) Open the lens cover
2) Now select video (instead of still picture by pressing your joystick downwards)
3) Now go to settings
4) Go to "shoot mode" and select "High quality video"

No, their is no autofocus in the w700i. And I am not sure what you are referring to as the video resolution!? 2-megapixels maybe!

Yes, you can use the 1gb or 2gb card with w700i. As far as I heard, you can even use the 8gb card on the w700i.

Their is no plain, simple w700. Their is w700i for international market and w700c for China market.

just wanna ask if this fone has an auto focus cam. i was a VEERRRYYYY satisfied k750 user before but switched to samsung. now i wanna buy an SE again. if this fone doesn's have, then i'll buy a w800. tnx
btw i think that these fones are one of the best aside from the k800.

yar mobile is too good but not having auto focus like k750 as wel as we pay sum extra money to get w700 instead of k750 but dont get sum extra features other than bigger memory card.
however is ki awaz too good hai when usung loud speaker as compare to k 750 but picture is little darker

I bought this phone about 1 week ago and all I can say is that this is an EXCELLENT PHONE!!!
Good points:
-Loud sound from speaker and earphones
-Can use your own earphones
-Video editor
-Nice colour
-Memory card enough for me to store my songs(about 60+)
-Camera got flash
-Video recording time is unlimited
-Play/Pause button on the side of phone
-Radio
-Picture and video quality was good
-Exchange themes with another SE or compatible phone
-Bluetooth and Infrared
bad points:
-No macro mode(for the camera to take pictures at close distances)
-No autofocus
Lastly, i just want to let you people know that this worth the money you pay.Just go for it!
I would give this phone 9/10 :)
