i had a s500i and it start to lost sounds the memory stop and in the phone and a lot of foolish i like sony ericsson but not all of the phone i would like to buy this i hope it last long or this will be the phone i buy from this brands

I plan to buy a new phone, has done a survey around the phone stall ppl but nobody know of this model SE W715 most of them is recommend W705. Did anybody can tell between SE model W705 & W715 which on is better?

I have this phone for 2 weeks now and the only complain is that I am not able to link at all Active Sync to my local backend. It either give communication errors or sync faulure messages wen try to syncronize.

this phone are good at all exept wifi. several people got problem on connecting internet using wifi. the wifi keep searching and found nothing even in the wifi zone.

Have it and love it even with minor bugs. Bought it unlocked in Sweden as i always do. Had it 4 2months now and play'd with it alot and am satisfied. It's the same phone as the W705 exept 4 the AGPS that the 705 don't have. Have flashlight option and the 3mp camera takes good pics. The 3G and the videocall works great. My bugs are the Wifi won't work as it should and it hangs in the menus every now and then but that's it. Good Walkman in it but i miss the MegaBass that i had in my other WM.SE phones. You ppl who want a multimedia phone? Look 4 something else... Going for the W995 and that one have a real 3.5mm stereoplug built in...

i have it. it's very beautiful,well build,stylish and the menu is good. i also use a nokia n85. i can say that s.e. is a different experience than nokia,but very plesant. every brand have it's particuarity. at s.e. i like very much the little details on the mobile's body: little buttons,walkman logos,good plastic,discrete lights. very nice s.e.!!! but n85 remains n85...the king of multimedia mobiles until n86 will hit the shops

Is this phone user friendly? I would like to have it. Is there anyone to suggest me regarding this. meanwhile it is to be mentioned that I love sony ericsson's music and camera as well. Will it be worthy???

Jarrod, 22 May 2009Does this phone have a FLASH LIGHT function... like how the... moreI tried one of these phones in a Vodafone store yesterday (in Australia) and I can tell you it definitely does not have not have a Flash light as does my W810i. The only way I could turn the light on was to turn the camera on first. I believe the W705 does have a Light option from what I've been told.

Very disappointing to see the Australian version of this phone doesn't have a Light option under the Organizer menu. I looked at some overseas reviews on utube and they do have the light option.

in my opion. it is more convenience for a music freak if sony add 3.5mm stereo jack. sony should think about it.

i have the same problem. i force my self crossflashing the g705 to w715. the problem is when i flashing with g705 firmware the wifi works with no problem but after my g705 flashed with w715 (unbranded nordic) firmware, the wifi goes wrong which is it keep searching even i'am in the wifi zone. i thing there was some thing wrong with the firmware.. not only my g705 that using w715 firmware, but also the real w715 have some problem.
