whew... waiting for this to be here in the Philippines.. i really love SE. No one can ever replace it. I love the interface, the design and most of all the battery... hehe... love it totally!

3 is not through optus tool... they have their own towers, roam onto telstra when outside of that and are merging with Vodafone soon. But anyway, the phone is cool, looks good, well made and easy to operate.

Unless you want to pay £400++ for it being simfree like the HTC touch HD, iphone (its only pay as you not, NOT EVEN SIM FREE) and Blackberry storm.
Same with the bad menu vodafone puts on their phones. The branded firmware/logo on their phones. EW!
I have heard vodafone blocks certain good specs from a phones because of the firmware they put in it.
Finally, you could just wait for their contract to supply it exclusively to expire. Then get it then, which will mean waiting longer! ¬.¬
By that time, i'll get the new W995 thanks :P

Damo, 06 Feb 2009The Vodafone website in UK now has updated to say will be a... moreif it has vodafone on it, its probably only available through it. unless this 'O2' place your talking about is another supplier through vodafone, like crazy john's is through vodafone and 3 is through optus. (australian network operators)

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2009someone pls kindly explain what's images geo-tagging? thank... moreIf im not mistaken, geo tagging means when you take pictures, the phone itself will include in the picture information about where the picture was taken. maybe the location name or grographical location or bearings.
But i think users have to subscribe for a fee for that function to be turned on i guess...
This is just my opinion.
