Has any1 had any problems with the screen not turning on? the keypad light comes on but there is no display on the screen (totally blank). Don't know if phone is turned on as it is not accessible!! Any suggestions on how to fix this?? please let me know asap!!

i have the black and gold one. excellent phone, overjoyed with. at first, i was scared about the camera after i read the review, but then i realised that gsmarena's photos i don't know how are worse then mine. they were saying that it's like a 1,3 mp snapper. i totally disagree. it is a 3,2 mp snapper with great quality photos, this is a thumb down for gsmarena. i've posted here http://img402.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc00281wh7.jpg a picture taken with mine. if u save the pic in you're computer you will see that the writing is clear, everything is clear, a great quality overall of the pic. so go for w760 no matter what the pic review says. :D

The problems are gone after updating this phone myself. My current software is "1205-2512 080721". I don't know if this is the latest version...

i'm using this phone, its a good phone as it can multi-task, about the lag and etc.. yup i agree with it too, but after the software updates it works much better

TO EVERYONE who is experiencing lagging or freezing when playing the walkman etc, use your pc to go to SE website and download the latest update software via your USB cable. It is free to do and it will get rid of any problems. Even if your mobile is saying that you have the latest software, still do it. I guarantee that your phone will be 100% better. My phone is also louder since I updated via the website. You must back up all your data though as I foolishly didn't and lost all my contacts and games! A lesson I've learnt the hard way!! This is a great mobile.

Fixed alot of my freezing problems and slow UI, BUT downside, its kinda expensive $15 for 1 flash of the firmware, but worth it, no problems, easy to use their updater.
