Is there any option to see the video by clicking next nd nxt,,?No sending option for videos? In build file manager is nt thre,there is no seperation for camera images and downloaded images,,while recieving data by bluetooth always discoverable to be activate,,sometimes phne get hang while pressing back key,

mmmmmmmmm, 16 Apr 2012has sony upgraded the software of w8 from 2.1 to 2.3 gb can... more sony has not released upgrade dear..u have to upgrade only by using custom ROMs..like gingerDX..you can find the steps in the below link..

Guys do upgrade ur w8 to android 2.3..performance is faster than 2.1 and u get multi touch option and all four side rotation..im startin to like ma w8 :)

Steps for converting to android 2.3.7(only for X8 and W8)
Before doing this you should back up ur phone data also dont foget to select usb debugging(in settings->Applications->Development)
1.root your phone by using x8 tool box
2.install clock word mod and xrecovery by using x8 tool box
3.download custom rom such as gingerdx
4.send that zip file to the memory card
5 switch off your phone
6.wait for sometime when the phone starts then press the back key 2-3 times
7.a new screen will openDOWNLOAD LINK FOR X8 TOOL
8.you can go up and down by using your volume keys and select it by your phone centre button
9.select full wipe
10.then select install custom zip from sd card
11.then select the custom zip it will take tie to install (about 5mins)
12.then reboot your phone
