hey,i own dis n my dad owns a w810i.i found w810i is louder,has edge,dpad instd of prblmtc joystk,better n bigr dsplay.im a bit sad nw :-(

it is nice but i got fed up of it its kamera is prety nice,al in al it would get a 6.5 outa 10.

I have had this phone for 4 years now... dropped more than 20 times... I'm a very rough user but still this phone is tough... dropped from a moving car... fell in water... still no problems... bought in 2005... EXCELLENT PHONE.... only recently it is giving me problems... now I can't use it... need to flash the software... but I don't wan to... will keep it as it is forever... the ORIGINAL w800i... not the new cheap ones which cannot zoom in 2mp mode... sad SE doesn't make phones like this anymore...

Bought the phone 1month ago.
Camera got damaged after 7days.
Speaker got damaged after 14days.
Felt so much depression.
Took it to the servicing center.They demanded 10 USD to fix it claiming it harware related issue.
Today I flashed my phone completely by myself.
Every thing is fine now.
I think u guys should congratulate me :)
I want to give thanks to my god.. Allah...

I think this phone is great. i didnt have much problem & the bat can last for quite a long time. id dropped this phone inside a pool & it still ok, sound still ok.

The Original, excellent phone - simple, classy and really loud in cream and orange. wish SE would go back to the W800i days

Ive just retired my W800...it has served me well. 4yrs of good stable service. Im gonna miss my W800 a true innovation of its time.

I think dis phone is almost the same as k750. All its softwares can also likewise work on k750. They are like twins. Sony eri jus change the casings altho w800 can also work as walkman. Another sony ericsson mec with similar features is D750. Sony Ericsson hav gone mad again

i bought this phone recently with my memory card working perfectly. Surprisingly, my phone did not detect the memory card after i ejected it and put it back. I have formatting it (memory card) but the problem still persists.Can anybody help me out??
