It's a nice phone but I still want urge Sony Ericsson Mobile Manufacturers that they should try as much as possible to correct this problem of steering/joy-stick.Because this is the only reason some people don't like Ericsson Mobile Phones.Thanks

I've had my for one n a half year now and I got it from my mom after she got a new one.. It's the BEST mobile I've ever had and I strongly recomend it. I've dropped it several times on the floor and it just can't break!

I have got this phone 2,5 years and its very good.Camera is great and video too.Long battery life.
4gb card accept with no problems.I dont know about 8gb???
Bad things on this phone:
plastic body,cheap plastic.

Hey! It's not a bad phone. But there's one little hitch. It doesn't have security features that locks the phone in idle mode or lock data such as gallery, phone book, messages e.t.c. It will be a plus if Sony Ericsson could include this feature in all their phones.

iv had the phone for 3 nd a hlf years and i myt say its a gr8 4n i wouldnt wnt any other.i lyk it handz dwn if u dnt hav it i recomand u gt it :-)

i have a lil'prob with the earphone plug but it is very durable... my W800 dropped a couple of times, case-out, batt got out but it still works.. very nice!!!

Good phone. My battery has dips and bruces and whatsoever but it stil works perfectly. Very strong phone.
Only comment is that my video's are acting weird lately. Think that's the software acting shitty..

I have this phone for over 3 years now...i think its the only phone that i had for so long without any problems. BEst phone ever actually...i am trying to buy something new but don't know what phone can replace this one. My first phone was nokia and then i switched to sony erickson and i got addicted with its features..others prefer nokia

Best phone I've ever had. Alomst as user friendly as nokias but definately more robust especially given it's sleek design. I've been using mine for almost 3 years now and ended up throwing away other phones that I 'upgraded' to in favour of this one.

i must say.. this is by far the BEST ever phone.
i've had this for over a year. second hand. the person who had it before me battered this phone to bits haha there's scratches everywhere.
the only annoying thing is that there LOTS of dust trapped in the screen. it's nearly impossible to see the screen under the sun.. which can be annoying..
can anyone tell me how to solve that dust problem? thanks.

Love this phone...!! My brother gave it to me more than 3 years ago (he got the phone in some SE event in Sweden before the official release)and still working like the fist day... (just the joystick suffered an accident after the phone fell into a glass full of coke - and yes, the phone survived that-).
I never missed a call because the reception, and really don't want to change it, but i treated it very bad in the past (when i didn't realize the treasure i had) and now the phone is all crook and very scratched (and is not easy to get it to that point), and now that i'm not a student, i feel a bit ashamed of the phone looks in front of my boss and mates at work...
After all this time I charge my w800 every 5th day or so!!!! the sound and reception are flawless!
I usually don't get tied to brands but now i'm in love with SE and don't think i will change my mind soon...
