It amazes me how you guyz keep asking these questions about which camera phone looks the best, the answer is NONE, All these cell phones use cheap lenses.. PERIOD ive got a nokia 1.3M, sony 1.2M and another sony 2M pixel phones and all outcomes are the same! Clear in the middle and blurry going out toward the edges. Nothing changes, i go to my sony digital camera and go to VGA mode and the picture is IMACULATE from the inside and out!! No blur's at all its all about the LENSE. And until these cell phone companies realize to put in better lenses, the pics will always come out half way descent. But then again its a cell phone camera.. How much quality do you really expect to get?? Try it for ur self, if u have a camera phone and digital camera, set them to the same resolution and snap the same picture and look at them on the computer closely..

burnout, 04 Aug 2008hey can ne body help me out frm da msgs stuff................. morecan't find any remedy for that too. i can only save around 200 messages including the sent items folder. as long as it's a good phone, i think i'll keep it.

I have a W800, but it seems that I can't use a memory card with it. Whenever I insert the memory card, the 'white screen of death' appears... However, whenever the memory card is NOT in the phone, the W800 continues to function normally... Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this..?

Hoi!...to everyone..lewls!!
Just drop by again to praise the phone!!..recently, had lots of great explorations with it...To tell you guys, you would really appreciate SE w800 if you use it up to its Fullest..Try to explore and make use of all its features..Then ul discover that it's all you need in the pocket...ul be satisfied and the starvation to look for a replacement will be eliminated...
By the way, there are lots of applications(freewares) in the net that could help you in exploring and reach desired goals with the phone....Thanks

just please whatever you do get 5310, its not good
W800i is better in every aspect!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I suggest that you go for the SE w800i. They are both music phone, they both have the same features but the main advantage of SE is that it has a camera light and has an autofocus feature unlike that of Nokia 5310 which has a fixed focus camera.

This phone is EXCELLENT!!!! I love Sony Ericsson cells...they are the BOMB!!!! The 2mp camera of the phone is terrific!!! the walkman sounds so good!!! AND Pls. don't compare sony ericsson with Nokia, Samsung or even Motorola.....no ofense....

my experience with it is all Good
Music Playback is Amazing thanks to Walkman and the bundled Earphones
The 2MP Camera is the Best 2MP iv ever seen on a phone
Telephony is also Quality, Call Quality very crisp and excellent sound
the Loudspeaker is Loud to
Keypad very Comfortable, Joystick is SOLID it cant break no matter how hard you try to to break it refuses to break which is good
Display is Clean and Bright very clear and just Perfect
Size - is just Perfect very perfect id say
Design - Looks really COOOOOL everyone stares at it whens its seen
its just Perfect, i would recommend it anyday anytime

Also, now I'm looking for an upgrade, but it seems there aren't enough powerful contenders out there with a really strong motive to replace, at least not in the SE range. There's no more all-in-one devices, always something is missing. Lg Secret could be the nearest posibility for me.
What do you think?

Hooi (Kulim, Kedah), 10 Jul 2008My w800i last bout 3 years without problems.. now i think w... moreit have rechecked it with sony ericsson shop, w800 can only support up to 2gb. anything more than that won't work with this phone.
i love sony ericsson phones too! i have sony ericsson p910i by the way.
