hey bubbles,
there's a screen protector specially made for W800i. I stick one of this to my W800i immediately after i bought the phone. but i hardly notice any foreign stuff sticking on my phone which is cool... if anything happen, it's that protector film that will get scratched, not your phone screen.

Creamy white/ silver issue......
If any one want some probe of this I can send some pictures of this phone of the two colors silver and white differences.

Creamy White & silver color issue.....!!
If you look at the pics at this webpage you will see that there are two types one phone has a note symbol at the center(this one is silver color including the back of it has a gray spot behind the camera lens) and the one that has the walkman logo which is the one they are selling right know is creamy white, you can see it detailed if you keep loking at the pics you will see on the back its creamy white to with the orange spot at the back at the bottom of the lens camera cover.
I think that SE lunch their first phone demo with silver and orange colors, but when they change that symbol(note symbol) with the walkman symbol they change the color to the creamy white.

i am buying this phone sometime this week. i really want to be prepared. i know i am going to love this phone sooo much. i am worried about it's screen and the whole externals. would there be some thing that i can buy to protect the phone without covering the whole design? if i would use a thick leather case, that would jeopardize the whole design which i really like. pls help me.

well any1 dat has a doubt dat dis is not da best cell ever is soo rong....i hv used dis cell n it is far better then N90....in sound quality or camera wise da only flaw is dat it cumz wid only 1 casing werna itz da BEST ever..i cnt thnk of any rezn y dis shudnt b da best cell EVER.chao

This is the best one with its camera and music quality only missing thing is the software... But this is the best one in the market when we compare by NOKIA N90 or 6680 this is perfect... This is real number 1... pic quality and MP3 and radio quality is perfect...

crow, i think there is some minor change in the hardware area... it will be more likely to be the music hardware. I dun think that they will use sony ericsson's hardware as walkman. after all it is 80% the same.

i curently have a nokia 6230.i wanted to buy a w800 but i wasn't pleased with the quality of the mp3 player(my 6230 sounds better,belive it or not).i've tested the motorola e1 and it sounds great,the camera is good too.i think i'm gonna buy the moto.peace

can anyone tell me if this phone has the same volume problems like k750I??? (in a noisy environment u cant here anything)...
please if it has no problem anyone tell me... so we can wait for the w600 to come out...

i read a lot of reviews, all said the only difference between w800 and k750 is the supplied accessories, which means if you get the w800 headphones for the k750, the k750 sound will be as strong as the w800 cause the secret lies in the headphones. is that true? and for software problems, you can flash it to w800 software, so you will have ur problems solved, with a k750 stylish phone, and w800 software and headphones..
tell me what do you think, im waiting for your feedback.

I uploaded a .doc.. txt.. .rtf file to the phone.. was only able to open the .txt file. You can send the .doc or .rtf files tho. I havent tried downloading opera or firefox and opening it through there.. that might work.. who knows..

Yes it has vibration.. people are dumb.. As for exchangable covers? This phone just came out soo there is not that many.. Tho there are some on ebay for uk only.. in time there will be much more..
