Hey all i think that w800i is quite a perfect phone if its 3G phone it will be better overall to me w800i is better than k/d750 and other brand's phone. It has a good camera & it can put a 34gig memory duo card stated by some1 on the 3rd page.. from mine.. his topic is 'difference between k/d750 n w800' & w800 was compared with nokia's n90 overall w800 is better as well just only video recording w800 is lousier but hey who wanna use a handphone to video record rite? w800 has alot of space to put mp3s also i think w800 is worth buying and almost the best phone now :D and i'm sure it is better than k/d750 YES BETTER!

You can get it on upgrade in O2 stores - even if you have an online tariff. I got mine this morning and it's great.

El daveo the w800i is not abailable on 02 yet, as it has not passed the acriditation on the network, the phones that dialaphone sell aint acredited on any network obviously case they sell them on all networks,if you get a w800 on o2 from any third party company then it may not work correctly till the SP have done the acriditation on the phone.

Yes O2 online totally lied to me this morning when they told me they had none until October. Went out today and the W800 was everywhere - they even had ppl with a stand promoting it. Called O2 online and they said they wouldn't get it until the end of next week! Eventually got it from the O2 store for £50 with a £30 tarif! Cant wait til its fully charged!

The mobile's great,It's a 2MP,Autofocus,Flash it's brilliant & has a cool look too. IM Really plannong to buy this mobile.

Picking mine up from my local Orange store tomorrow on upgrade. Its definately in stock and they're saving me one. Think it's gonna cost me about £50.
It is available on o2 today to whoever was getting no straight answers from o2 direct. Just check a couple of websites like dialaphone.com for proof

ive had this phone for six days now and i sending it right bak to were it came from camera is rubbish so is the colour on the screen,pictures,sttings,calling when u phone people it makes a crackle sound it pisses me off!!

I have had a w800 for almost 2 weeks. This phone is excellent in all ways. The phone I had before was the s710a and I loved the feature of having messenger as an icon. Does any one know how I could try to have this same feature on my w 800?

I spoke to O2 twice about this phone today. They mentioned nothing of it being delayed until October, and the manager I spoke to eventually said that it would be available in the next week, once all the software checks had been performed.
O2 are notorious for giving you different stories depending on who you speak to, but the guy who told me that it would probably be available in the next week seemed to know his stuff, and he checked with someone senior as well.
When it does arrive in stock, priority is given to existing customers wanting to upgrade.
