ok, erm so is the SE w800 better or worse then the SE k750i? because im a bit confused now because they are both the same aint they? apart from the W800 having more memory on? in that case what is the point in bringing out 2 phones that are basically the same? :s

I have this phone k 700i and i heard about w800i and it has 2mp and a 512 mb card is it true ??

groundbreaking is the ability to play music when off. my s710 dont due that, im a lil bummed. but we def need to see the ability to play the music thru the bluetooth earpiece or pieces without the added bundle or receiver. Now that would be great

It only costs around £5.00 to buy a 2.5-3.5mm audio adapter so that any 'standard' headphones may be used and you don't even notice it's there. I use this with my Neonode N1m and have absolutely no problems. I even use a tape adapter to play my mp3's through my cars cassette player! :-)

Phones with music playback will only take off as iPod replacements when they have a standard headphone jack... not the manufacturer's stupid proprietory jack that doesn't allow you to use headphones of your choice. Hope this has it.

why do phone makers keep bringing out more of the same most have bluetooth,radio,camera same old stuff in a different shell its about time we had something truely ground breaking, as most things minor uprade major prices.

the phone seems awesome. can someone please tell me when it is arriving to india. also can i use apps like quickoffice for word & excel file in this like. i use them in nokia 6600.

can anyone tell me what the UK asking price for this phone is going to be? i think the w800 needs to be released now if its gona have chance of making a major impact. if they leave it any longer the phone will be stale. the k750 is jus as good and the nokia n91 is not that far of being released.

Now, I'm still using K700i. it can do anything. But, this W800 can surely joy me much more.
Anybody could tell me, when this W800 will be arrived in Indonesia. I hardly waiting for this gadget.

Sony Ericsson has shown us what they can do, again, with the w800. The phone looks super cool, and I think that the walkman trademark is what makes this phone special. Let's not forget the 2 mp camera with autofocus and flash, MP3, AAC player, memory card PRO duo up to 2 GB, high quality stereo headphones, radio with RDS, infrared port, BLUETOOTH... What more could you get!? The main disadvantage is the ABSENCE OF EDGE! That's why, the 6230i could be a serious rival! Anyway, the k750 and it's music version w800 will be one of the best phones a long time from now on...

I've read the online review and looked at the pictures and I simply fell in love! I admit- being a girl- I was attracted by the colors and the slick design, but reading the phone's specifications I saw it has many qualities. My favourites would be the 2mp camera and the 512mb memory card. The price is pretty steep but once they get you hooked, there's no way out :-) I'll definitely own it!
