great phone, just got my bluetooth adapter onto the comp n i love the transfer files through bluetooth! dun hv 2 leave my phone infront of the comp but can also hv it around the house hehe ^_^

i bought the phone 1 year agi when it was launched and it is still ma favorite. but i would like someone to plz ell me if bluetooth audio i.e. a2dp profile supported in the phone. plz hope to hear a word.

hi guys! check SE w910..it has great features,i think it will be a great phone just like w810i but a bit advanced, the only thing i want it to have is WLAN, hope there will be for a w910i.. does anyone know when will it be release?any rumors? \m/,

- hi there! your MMC and phone memmory may have a virus in it but will not affect w810i functions and performance since it can never recognized it but your computer may be affected if you connect your phone to your PC since viruses attack certain types of files in an operating system. w810i runs in java and does not have an operating system like symbian,windows etc. viruses are made to cause damage to a specific system/platform mostly windows.. i have'nt heard yet that there is a virus for Linux Operating system / Mac computers does not have viruses as well but not very sure about it hihihi, you'll never know hackers
- iAdvice you to scan your MMC and Phone memmory for viruses everytime you connect it to your computer. it's safer that way. hope this helps.. \m/,

SE W810i is totally a fantastic phone ever!!!!!!!! You will not regret if buy it.

ho do u load stuff 2 ur phn?is thea no risk of virus infctn?wat makes ma mmc format itself?isnt it a virus?is it true that since ths phn doesnt av an o.s cant b infctd by a virus?

Av got a 2gb sony mmc n usually load music 2 tha phn from ma comp.lately, tha phn has bn formatin tha mmc after 3-5 days by itself whch i suspect might b a virus from ma computer.wat do u thnk ìs tha problem boss??

Best Phone ever. I had this phone and sold it and brought nokia E61 i . Today i just rebought a new 810i. I have used hundred phones and this is the best...

well let me tell you one thing that this phone has no windows or symbian OS. hence it will never get infected by virus... by the way what makes you say that your phone is infected by virus... it could be a software problem...

well since you got the driver for bluetooth on the lenovo site, let me tell you that the driver size is ok... ie 100mb. now the driver that you will download from the site is an unextracted file. so once you start downloading you'll have to save it in your C drive in the program files. it'll ask for the path. once it is done you'll see a ibmtools folder in your program files. you'll have to open this folder... once you open the folder you'll find the setup file for bluetooth driver... now you'll have to run this setup file. after running the setup your bluetooth driver will be installed...

my laptop is IBM laptop, T43 model and i dont think so it's from lenovo. quite long time ready since i bought, more than a year.
Well, i installed new bluetooth module, which is BToothIV or Bluetooth version IV. and i guess i still need to install driver right?
i gone thru IBM/lenovo website and came across one driver for T43.... which is 100MB... i am quite surprised to see the size of this driver, is that possible for the driver to be as large as that - 100 MB?

if im not mistaken, u can purchase Kaspersky Antivirus for your mobile,..i used that for my N70 last time..quite reliable and best AV for mobile as far as i know. I haven't really use it for Sony yet since I just bought it :)..
the price is around $20.

it really surprised me - today I have collected pictures taken with my W810 I had sent for prosessing. And the quality is surprisingly good - quite usable enlargements up to 10x15cm. mp3 player is also outstanding. Only the voice recorder is a bit weaker - you have to speak rather loudly to get a good quality recording. Anyway I give it grade A+ for performance. One of the best mobiles I've ever used. Kudos Sony-Ericsson.
