I hav a budget of about $265. Im lookin 4 a nice SE phone which has good speakers, cam 1.3MP or above, expandable memory, must play good music, moderate features. Can u pls help me??

hey zenyt... thanks for the clarification. now i got it clear who that bugger was. one thing worth noting is, i saw that you have been there in this forum for quite some time now, infact you've been like a saviour for other members of this forum. good job bro keep it up. moreover we'll see how to tackle people with the parX thing. I don't undertand why people talk about other phones here(w810i forum). well if you really want to, then go to it's respective forum and write whatsoever. why here.

maddey ..to copy numbers from cell to sim :menu>adress book>options>>advanced>copy to sim ...that's all n'joy :D

@farhan ..usually 90% percent of the problems that can appear on this mobile are caused by an older software version.the solution in those cases is to make a soft upgrade.u could do it yourself(depends on your gsm metwork-contact local sonyericsson partener for more info) or u could go to a service and let them do it for u.good luck

Hey guys ..its a bit long post but please help me ...i have got a problem with this phone ...sometime bfore da fone took 2 inputs at a time ...i mean tht if u press 4 it will also take 7 so it will diplay 4 and 7 on the screen and some other buttons were also like this....after sum days it worked perfectly ... but again wen i sTARTED the phone and after displaying desktop it hanged and this prblem continued for 4 days but now its workin fine .... pls any expert or expirienced user help me you can reply me on my email farhan797@gmail.com

hi vikree.... first of all let me congratulate you for such a smart decision. you must understand one thing that sony ericsson is not for the masses, infact it's for the classes. now as far as my opinion is if you've decided to buy a w810i then go for it. if at all you wanna wait then it's your wish because here in india the price goes down everyday. when i had bought it, it's cost was around 15k now it is coming for 12.5k so if you want to wait you can. well as far as cell hanging is considered let me give you an example. i surf whe net using opera browser, listen to the media player or the radio and downloading goes on in a minimized state, well all this going on simultaneously, but the phone works simply fine. i hope i've made my point clear. however one thing i would like to add is that i'm using a 1gb card. i don't know how will it perform on a 2gb card.

hey zenyt or smart can u reply me asap i wanna buy a w810 in 3 or 4 months is it ok does it hang and plus is it ok to buy it after 3 or 4 months ye or no???

@w810 - it works fine even with a 4gb card , is little difference between 2gb and 4gb performance, tryed it my self. But I use a 1 GB card , is enough for me.

Does this phone support a 4gb memory stick or 2gb stick, and Does the 4gb memory stick make the phone slower with more music and pictures.
What should i get ? A 2Gb or 4Gb , which one is better for the phone and Bang for the $$$$$.

Hallo all… w810i is one of the most excellent phone. Specially walkman & also its proven famous 2 megapixel camera. The software is friendly & pretty fast too. Not like nokia which often hangs for their Symbian OS software! The design is also nice, small & black. The battery life of it is good too. In heavy use it’ll stay 3-4days (max) & in normal use 4-5days (max). The sound quality of walkman is very good. If u attach the set with hi-fi, it’ll blow u away. Its camera picture is nice & sharp. I take same picture with k750i & w810i in curious at night in night mode active. Remember both camera modules are same but the output comes better in w810i. like i said before ..anyone can have an opinion..it's a shame that some nokia fans are to blind to see the owful truth :D.dear kamal..or whatever yor name is ..w810i also has edge, the 3g in 6233 is usless for videocalls--no secondary camera--and the 2mp camera in 6233 is much under the w810i..now ..the powerful sound of the 6233 internal speackers it helsp if u go on the street and listen to music that way...we the ordinary ppl listen music using the headset :D.

6233's speakers doesn't put an edge over w810. hehe.. check out the k850.. a very nice phone, auto lens cover, HSPDA, xenon flash with 3 led for lights.. hehe plus 5MP with dual card slot for m2 and microSD, got info from keiki.hehe

I bought this phone a couple months now, it was great untill yesterday, I tried to turn on the phone and it was dead, only white light on. Called Sonyericsson and they told me to update the software, tried and it did not work out. Had to take to service and the girl told me she receives every day a Sonyericsson with the same problem, she told me they will only give another one in 45 days, way to go Sonyericsson ...

whose this stupid kamal.... he's got no knowledge about cell phones. i completely agree to zenyt, the 6233 is louder as compared to the w810i only through the loudspeaker. but i would like to ask him why does one want a music phone? so that he can listen to music... rite? so listen to it through the headset. oh i'm sorry to say that the 6233 has a very pathetic headset. there are chances that your ears will get fatigued. well my friends i think i don't need to mention how comfortable the w810i's headset is.... isn't it. well if at all you wanna share music with friends.... then use the satellite speakers which come along with w810i. they sound simply awesome and much much louder than the 6233. well if you wanna blast an auditorium then jack the phone along with an amplifier system with the help of the HPM 70 connector and have a blast.

Hey guys,it's one of the best phones available in the market.I got it a month ago and it is working at it's best.Walkman player is an all in one music player.It looks cool,check it.I love it.

zenyt 6233 has a better display better cam and has 3g and edge where as even louder then w810 so shut ur mouth
