hye,i have use for a year this phone,but suddenly when i answering the call,phone goes blackout,then i restart again,only blank image with battery and signal symbol appear,very sad coz my friends phone number are inside memory phone,how to get back the number and to make it function as before?pls someone tell me..

What it is asking as for a code, it not the phone code, sounds like you need the PUK/Personal Unblocking Key which is to be provided by the network provider. Or have you already thrown it away. I guess not :P

hi, i just got this phone and when i put my sim card in, it goes to phone locked. i tried 0000 and that doesnt wrk. i cant even go to the menu to do anything about the lock(to change the code)
Can anyone tell me what else i can try b4 i throw it out.

Yes, this phone, for what it is, is truly a great candy bar phone. I've owned it for at least three years and it is a great performer. IMHO it has a superior internal antenna, much better than my other LG XENON phone. The W810i talks and connects to the web in more places than my LG. It takes great pictures too but the video isn't up to todays standards. Still the video is good enough for youtube (no slideshow video). It's a shame it isn't upgradable. Peace out.
