hey dude i'm not kidding! i mean, i like this phone but what i'm saying is true. i'm not telling them not to buy it, im asking help on how to get it fixed and if not i'll just have it replaced with the same unit and see if it's better..\m/

Hey Krutarth dont pay attention to godsmack the w810i is a cracking phone the mp3 is one of the best sounding on the market and so easy to use. If i wanted to listen to music through speakers i'd do it at home on my stereo and not annoy people in public... Also the 2mp camera is as good as they get simply because it has auto focus so you tend to get a better picture first time. Lastly you can get a 4GB memory card for cheap as well and only upto 2GB for the nokia.

I just got this fon yesterday. It's so cool but I dont find the speaker that loud and also my message alert tone is so weak even though I set the profile to volume 6. Does anybody know how to fix it? I'm planning to return it to the vendor and have it replaced coz I dont see any option where I can make it louder. The phone ringtone is ok, it matches the set volume but not for the message alert tone, speakers not that loud either but works fine with the headset. I'l grade this fon 7/10!

hi dear its not the problem with ur phone if u want to zoom ur pic au will go to camera than view than u can press the of up volume nd the pic will be zoom nd than enjoy have a nice day

i like this phone and all but i bought it for 4 months and my screen goes black and white when i turn it on

when i got hte fone it was completely great and hard worker but 2day it brings a white screan and restart the phone many times..also while im listening to music when i pause then play again it changes the song..the mobile gone mad so i updated the software from the internet 2day and hope to solve tht..till now its fine...so i ask whts the importance of updating the software??????...also my memory card is 512 sandisk..and it apears 468 mb..whyyyyyyyyyyyyy??????????...and how could i play realplayer files or wav coz both ddnt work..

no i thought u cant zoom after capturing the pic too...but i found tht u can do it by using the same zooming button...which used to control the volume too..;)

lisent to all off u w810i has only one problem.. IT iS THE BEST ON THE MARKET ... i have trued siemens nokia motorola, but they are to slow compared to w810i, this phone has sexy style. for me batery life is 7 days ..listening mp3s radio RDS!!! AND MANY OTHER THINGS ON IT

How are you protecting the camera lens from dust and/scratches? Crystal covers as well as those silicon/condom cases dont offer any protection for it...

well i tried using aac files but only gives a send option :S can some one help me out with this ? tried convertin in 44.1khz :(

Hi, I just got this phone from Cingular and it really rocks! but the software/firmware is really buggy but the best mp3/camera/phone that I ever purchase. Just had this for couple days trying to see how long the batter last while listening to music couple hours a day.
Regarding using mp3 as ringtones, yes you can. I had hooked up the usb cable to my computer, windows explorer opened up for the external memory card, I copied the mp3s into the music folder, and funny thing when I went to play the music, it also showed up as ringtones. I could select any of my mp3 as ringtone when I transfer it using Windows Explorer instead of disc2phone.

Is there a way to go to Music Only Mode when your phone is already turned on, instead of turning it off and on again?
