Go for the W810i. The memory stick duo support can go upto 2GB (maybe even more some say) while the N3250 can only support upto 1GB. Also, the W810i has no moving parts which can easily break. The N3250 seems to have a weaker battery life too (not good when you have lot's of music you want to play).
Then again, it really all depends on where your loyalty lies ^__^

is there a big difference between w800 to w810 is the camera of the 2 phone a the same???

its all how u use ur phone nokia3250 is a big bulky phone but it has good sound in its inbuilt speakers and same in handsfree...
comparing w810 its a small cute phone it has every thing but the sound quality of this phone in builtin speakers is very low but in handsfree itd awesome u feel like in disco
if u can carry hands free with u go for w810 else u know bcoz when u r with ur frendz u have to play music in in built speakers so better make ur own dis..

You know what when I bought the phone I was excited.... When I used it my excitement died a bit because of the sms limitations and the software availiblity.. but after using it for about 2 months I love it more then anything.... I even grade my N72 lower then this phone... all the limitations are solved.. I found solution on the net... Its working great.

The Best Mobile Phone in the World... I Just upgraded my phone recently into this lovely W810i, I made the right choice,the pics and sounds are great. This phone can do everything beyond an ipod. This phone is the best gadget for travellers out there. You do not need an ipod at all. The best phone ever.

Just to say.. don't beleive ANY bad comments given about this phone!!!! these are just all people who don't know how to work the thing!!! by far the best phone available, and it has everything you can possibly want from your mobile!!! and as for those who say the volume is poor.. you must be deaf bcz it is the loudest mp3 phone I hav ever heard!!! TOP MARKS TO SONY ERICSSON! WHAT A PHONE!
(ps. if possible get the phone in white! it makes it look even better, plus scratches are less visible!!)

Sony Ericsson W810 is the first phone i ever used.. and it effin rocks! I LOVE IT! but then i crcked the lcd :$ ah well.. its still gorgeous :D

guys got a prob just got this phone few weeks
ago now i m facing problem of decresing volume in headsets day by day.Can any one help me plzzzzzz or do i need to service the handset.......

what's every 1s prob with the volume on this phone? i've had no probs at all its a great little phone. And you can have a mp3's as ringtone i have one on mine right now!! 9/10 still one of the best phones on the market!!

this phone is great. I know the volume isnt so good but still good camera and mp3 player. It can't use mp3 ringtone because of your provider service locking the phone so it prevents u to use mp3 ringtones. You have to get the unbranded ones to use mp3 ringtones.
