have u been infected by a virus thru bluetooth? I sent some pix of my offimate cel with virus (already fix) thru bluetooth a while ago and after 5 hrs i've experienced receiving 20 messages with same subject...and the screen goes white when receving messages..
I guess my w810i is now infected.. can someone help me to fix this virus? Do we have anti-virus pre-installed on this fone.

does any1 knows how to put an automatic lock code for the phone (keypad) like nokia phones (when you the keypad locks is turned on you cant unlock it unless you put a code)

I have this phone for a few days now and I have to admit. It sucks balls, previously I had a Samsung SGH-E380 and it was a lot better. It was expensive but the design and screen where just better. Also the mp3 player of this phone sucks balls compared with my old Samsung. Damn, I miss my samsung :(. I also have bluetooth problems and when I called Sony Ericson I needed to wait for thirty minutes.
My opinnion is a 2 for the design, a 4 for the features. But a 7 for the performance. But it still sucks balls.

this is my 1st sony phone and before i was really into nokia, its best phone i ever had i think would'nt go for another nokia phone

i bought one just recently and i seem to have a problem... is this phone's casing interchangable or not? im kind of disappointed because i replaced my K608i for this phone because of this same problem.. i ordered it from online at a rush.. it was my fault i didn't look into it thoroughly.. can anyone tell me what phone has the same versitility and has interchangable casing and style..

FYI all from USA, Cingular Wireless is now selling this phone. So, if you don't mind getting a locked phone for a little cheaper, go for it. Please note, I have no relationship w/ Cingular, and I benefit in way by telling you this.

This phone is fantastic.Its been a week.For the price,it offers a lot of features.I was about to buy Nokia 3250.But due ti its shape size and weight.Also i compared the photo capture quality at a shop.Second is the joystick in 3250 which i thought would give up.But 3250 has a bigger display.Also it supports many softwares and .avi and .wav files easily.
The thing i m concerned with this phone is the battery life.It lasts for barely 2 or 2.5 days.
Is it normal or i need to get the battery replaced.
If i use the camera and mp3 liberally then the battery would drain early.
Pls let me know.

i purchased w810 one month before i feel that the battery efficiency is very poor that battery charge don't even remain for two days. if i charge the battery in the morning the next day morning it comes to 8% or 10%. Previously i was having w550i the battery in this phone was very good i used to charges this phone weekly thrice it gave me very got backup.while comparing to w550i phone w810 battery efficiency is poor. Kindly let me know whether the battery can be changed with w550i battery or my phone needs to be checked.I need your help in this matter .Thankyou

I moved from Nokia(Nokia user for many years) to Imate K-jam and now to W810i(white). It's just perfect. You enjoy having it. That's what i call a mobile phone. I will never go back to Nokia again.
