i wanna buy this phone and i need to know if it has any big issues/bugs/problems that could change my opinion in buying it. I'd like to hear some answeres from one of you who has this phone from a quite long time. thanks

Static 2006-09-03 12:12 nCBs How do u install games on this phone? the only program i have is the one supplied with the phone.
in order to instal java aplications(games etc...) you have to put the java aplications on the folder "others". now when you go to that folder on your cell phone, you're able to instal the aplications.

one day i connected my w810 on PC then i copied the song from PC to my phone.
when i wanted to eject the card memory frm PC it gave the message "generic memory cannot be ejected,plese remove after some time".So i went to the properties of mem crd opt. and it gave the message that card is being used by another software.
instead ther wasnt any software runnig at that time and i even not used any one.
but ht phone memory was ejected.
this only happened once but if it happens again what should i do.
i came to know that the mem stik get corrupted when ejected directly

the newer w810i's from rogers cellular in canada (and im guessing from providers elsewhere too) have mp3 as a ringtone locked on the phone. they do this cause they want ppl to pay for their ringtones instead of juss dling them for themselves. ive heard u can flash it to a different firmware but im not sure how it can be done. if ne1 out there can tell me how i would really appreciate it!

Hi Simba, I have W810 and I live in Egypt, I went to California for Vacation and ued my mob on both Cingulat and T-mobil and it was OK with both. W810 is a tri band phone so you can use it anywhere. But I have one question, does anybody face droped calls from this phone ??? I do , alooooott

hiiiiiii,I've bought this cellphone just a week,I want to know if there is any need 4 me to dl amedia player or not(because mp3 are not in a good quality,when I want to listen without mediaplayer)

Saw this handset in White colour. Pretty nice. Though if you ask me, I would put these 5 phones into 1 series (ie. K750, D750, W800, W700, W810). Everything about them is identical, apart from the slight, only tiny changes in cover and functions. Size, weight, screen, is all the same. Too bad, clever SE sells many of the same phone (in different "colours").

hey, som1 had askd if we can use 810 as webcam.
the answer to that is no...we can use only symbian phones as webcams..i.e. u can say only nokia phones coz the software is only 4 symbian phones
