among SE walkman phones, if ur listening thru default earplugs, W810 and W800 r on d top (W800 has a bit louder loudspeaker though, when setting d master volume of both to max) whilst listening thru loudspeaker, no doubt W550 is d loudest!

no chance of installing smartmovie with W810 coz its not a smartphone. u can convert ur avi files to 3gp or mpeg to b playable with ur W810. download converter here:

First of all, w810 and all walkman phones are not smartphone, you cant install any .sis files on it, that includes smart movie and all kinds of applications, thats impossible. And it can not be infected with virus because all viruses are also .sis files. Anything else?

I have the K750i...and one of the negative point was that it store around 70 text msgs...Does the W810i has the same problem? Is it possible to use the memory of the Memory card to store msgs!!!

How To Slide Out the Battery Cover...
I just found an easy and safe way to take off the battery cover after several days of struggling with it. This technique is safe and I highly recommended for all of the people who have the Sony Ericsson W810i or others too.
Here is how:
You need a rubber band (big one) or a sheet of a rubber. Then, put that rubber on the battery cover and use your thumb to slide it out easyly.
The rubber is supposed to make a tight contact between your thumb and the battery cover and it also stick tightly your thumb with the battery cover. The good part of the rubber is not crashing your cover. We can not open it since the battery cover is so smooth and our thumbs dont have any tight contact with the surface of the battery cover. Good Luck to all of you.
*** Remember dont use any tools to open it or any sheet beside the rubber.

i have't tried that but i seriously doubt a w800 back plate will fit on this, it's one of the major differences
