TO GET THE BACK COVER OFF..... Thank you Andy T for the suggestion of squeezing the sides of the cover while pushing on the walkman icon to slide off, but I found it to be super easy by pressing on just one side of the battery cover. (I gave the phone back and I don't remember which side, but you'll figure it out! Good Luck!

Hi,
I just bought this phone and I can not open the damn battery cover. It is impossible to open it. Any one help me ? Sony engineers and product testing need to check this problem. I have seen many people complain about this problem. what a shame for sony with poor design like this. The battery cover doesnt have any button to push or grip for easy open it.

One question about menu icons graphics. I've purchased a W810 in Slovenia and the icons look the same as in K750. On the other hand icons in the test on this website look somewhat similar to those in W900. Is there a solution to this problem?

how is the speaker output on this phone.i aint askin bout the headphone sound i want to knw how the speaker sounds.is it good n loud like the W550i?

Is there any difference between "Gaming Memory Stick PRO Duo ( used in PSP )" to the regular "Memory Stick PRO Duo" we have for SE fones? Im confused with the word "gaming"

i have a question.
how come every time i put a video file onto my w810i, the phone only plays the audio, but it doesnt play the video? could it be that the video doesnt fit the screen size, because the screen size is only 220x176 pixels and the size of the video i tried playing was 320x480 pixels.

There is a problem with the USB cable connection. It recharges the phone automatically. In canada, i think the electric current screws up the battery, because that's what's been happening to a lot of SE phones here. Is there a solution to this? I'd love to use USB for transfer

pare!!!try reseting your seetings katabi un ng master reset...but if that not help you save all your files in your memory stick then try master reset on your phone...

when i set the mp3 as a ringtune, it always says "cannot set this file as a ringtune."
and i tried every way and it won't allow it.

you have seen that the color of W810i is black but there is a color of white also..i think the white version of W810i is out now in stores check it in store.i recommended you to go to southmall or sm bacoor marami ka dong pag pipiliang mga bilihan ng cellphone makakamura ka pa or go to Green hills lugar ng mga mandurugas.hehehe..danda ang sound quality nito if you like music talo nito ang nokia 3250 and cute pa..

hey guyz jus bought this phone a few days back......and I jus love it. Gotta ques. when I rename the photos in my pc via the usb cable.......those renamed photos do not appear in the file manager. Could someone plz help me out its very urgent
