Zen, thanks for the info. wow 24hours using only 6% its fantastic. i did get a new battery and its standby extended to 18hrs still below par. got to pay a visit to the service centre

Hi,
I was using the CX1250316 R4CK003 before and yesterday I used Sony Ericsson Update Service and updated the firmware to CX1250316 R4DB005. But after updating it I dint find Major changes, but seems to find my phone little bit slower than before with the newer firmware. So is there any way to revert back to the old firmware.

this phone does not play mpeg files, it plays mp4(mpeg-part 14).

ok all who intend to buy this phone see here : someone before mentioned all the general problems and wanted the answers
here are the answers i have this phone
1) u asked does this phone crash????
answer: absulutely no
2)phone went down ????
answer : no
3)battery life is very good
4)sms i dont know
5)drops callss???
answer: never
so people who are planning to buy this go get one hurry it is sure better than 3250 and all its competitors

i am about to purchase sony ericsson w810i, i really love the phone believing that it will give me all i want in phone as a computer engr i dont use non-sense in the name of phone. question: can this phone relate to my pc perfectly, in terms of data/file exchange between the pc and phone? send reply to my e-mail box. thanks.

omfg you realy have to change that battery.
in stand by time mine only spends 6% of battery each 24hours.
