Hey, folks. I've been using W810 for past 4 years now and i bought used version of it. Believe me its tremendous cell phone. But i've been facing a bit of problem for past few months, i'm having issues with battery timings, it hardly, hardly last for a day. I bought new battery(not original) and the results the same. Someone could please help me with this? If i manage to get original battery somehow will it resolve the problem? Or is there any internal problem. Please anybody have any idea about it please do let me know. I really waiting for a reply. Thanks.

Honestly, I've had this phone for about 4-5 years. I can't count the number of times I dropped it accidentally and it still works.
Durable, good design, good functions and clear reception.

I am now still digging to find a new mobile... but I may turn to Samsung or LG brand !!!!
Where I need a specific requirement ...!!! I like the volume of W810i and I find C510. But many opinions of SE C510 reader are uncourageable!
I may be old fashion that I am holding in one shape of mobiles !!!.... but I will try to be open mind and see beyond the horizon to explore a new shapes with new options.

This is the first phone out of my hard earned money,, and had the white one,, it was an excellent handset, amazing music quality, i use to connect this phone to my 5.1 home theature system and it use to work like a very high end music player,, the music call is just marvellous the worst part is my phone was stolen a month back and i want to buy the same phone again,, however sony ericsson has stopped manufacturing this phone,,, i would opt of a used one,,, however i haven't seen an alround phone like 810, tough phone with amazing qualities just one of the best phone SEM must have ever manufactured.

hi i have bough this phone used from someone and u all know the sound it is low did anybody grow up the sound if yes pls can he/she tell me pls i need it did u see the diference on Radio when u listen the song when u turn on Speakers did u see what sound it is when u listen without Headset is low pls find it i need this!!!!:(

Im using couple of nokia phones, i felt very bad,when i was listening music.
They r cheating indian people's... So beware of nokia phones. Buddys when u r going 2 purchase mobile phones means pls verify it.......

hi,
this is the best mobile according to my openion.it has great music player ,quality sound,good pic quality.i really love my phone.the main disadvantages are the message storage it has memmory of just 160 sms.i have been using it from last 3 years no problem at all.

MOHSIN, 06 May 2010nazia i really agree with you i am also using this cell pho... moreW810i is a copy of k750i there specifications are 95% are same.when we compare to nokia sony is little down because LEDflash of sony is poor than nokia and the clarity of themes and screen size is not better than nokia.nokia's XPRESSMUSIC is better than w810i.

You can get a w810 on eBay for about $60-70. If mine broke, I'd do that. I've had it 4 years and love it. I recently bought a smart phone to replace it, and took it back because I missed my 810 so. I love the camera on it--way more versatile than anything else in 2006, and still gives surprisingly high quality pictures for a 2MP. I love the compactness, and only recently discovered all the nice web stuff it can do. I loaded Google maps, and added a whole new use for the device. Thinking about switching to the next iPhone (4.0) but don't know if it's worth carrying around a phone that's twice as big as what I have.

Before re-selling i had a good experience with my w810i.
1.The screen is vibrant with 262k colors, smooth visible fonts.
2.You can minimize java applications e.g when you receive a msg, you can minimize a game and reply the message, you can also open the music player and a java application at once.
3.Another great feature is its ability to copy paste like in the nokia symbian smartphones.
4.The music is loud and crisp through the default earphones especially at megabass settings. You can attach your own 3.5mm earphones as this gadget comes with an adapter.

i bought this baby 2 years ago from my mate.. just for $30 (RM150). Mine is white colour. Everythings is working fine but two thing that annoys me is earpiece volume not strong enough especially when u in crowded places like restaurant, sidewalk. Sometime I cant hear clearly what my caller talking.. and another things is the calender cant use recurrent/repeated.. else is fantastic basic phone from SE.. i will use it until its natural death!! But this is my first and last SE phone.. coz i really dont like SE phone in term of software and their fast port!!

Looking to unlock my w810i from orange. Anyone know a reliable website where I can get an unlock code. Tried a couple of sites that advertised that they provide codes but only gave me info that's easily found elsewhere.
