Does anyone know about fault on this handset like display fading or turning white and stay like that.The SP agent that I deal with recon so.Awaiting replies.

i hav been using this phone for last 1 yr , had no problem with it watsoever. i was lucky that the first phone i picked up from the lot was se w810 and i m proud of it, and wont change it till it breaks/lost.

My phone came with a 256MB card from AT&T Mobility not a 512MB memory card; so I'm not sure if I was cheated or if the specifications above are wrong. Nonetheless, I've enjoyed this phone very much for the period that I've had it.

i just w810i few days back,my phone restarts itself when i go to m.hi5.com site,i don't know if there is virus on that site that is causing this issue,or the content of that site is huge,or there is some problem in the phone,plz help? regarding this.

to convert to mp4 format.follow the insts.

i think its due to the Display
same is the case with K810i, it cant display 5MP images
its weird....and not so good

I recently bought a 4GB mem card for my W810i.. I don't understand why the picture gets distorted when viewed.. Can this phone really support a 4GB card?! How can I get this fixed?

I have a W810i for almost two yrs, and i've never regreted it. Even tho it has 2 mega pixels, the quality is great. The walkman sound quality w/ or w/out headset is good (especially with Headset).
The only problem is if you're in a noisy environment, dont expect to hear your phone ringing out loud, but thats why there's a vibrate.
Other than that, you wont regret having it. Cuz if i had this phone for so long, it's gotta be good... thats until something better comes along
