I have used the W810 for more than 6 months and I sold it.
I have never regreted on selling anything except this phone. and I will always remember this phone for the rest of my life.
it is unforgettable.
best best best phone ever had. i sold it for the samsung D900 but the D900 was a real crap then I bought the n76 and the 6233 but i wasnt satisfied.
finally i turned back to the sony ericsson walman phones with the W610.
but I will never forget my w810 never.

music will play anytime, whether or not the earphones r plugged in...but it's way better (and battery efficient) 2 use the supplied headset

sound boosting is possible but very dangerous to your phone's hardware and software. u could enquire from an electronic's store in your location.

there is no way to make call recording automatic. Think about it, if it was automatic, it'll record every one of your calls...evn the reli short ones. Your memory will quickly run down and you'll have like millions of call record files to sort through. You could turn it on pretty quickly while on a call though.

a 4GB card is the highest RECOMMENDED but ur phone cud probably go to 8GB. its not advisable though. anything above 4GB might slow it down or make it unstable.

hey'
i used w810i for 11 months. the mega bass sound quality is superb but now the mega bass is not working, and the camera's capturing button doesn't work properly other than that the 4on is ok to me. pic quality also good, comparing to nokia(i have used nokia)

w810 didn't provide sleep mode clock, 2 show clock when keypad's locked, just press 1 of volume button..
2 every w810 users/lovers..
any1 has been use 4gb mem stick?
pliz advice me, curently i use 2gb, n i need more space..

hi i recently got this fone and believe me its very gud,and its awesome after u modded it :) i just modded mine ,increased my earphones and outspeakers volume and done many tweaks great fone.

Can any one please give me an asnwer to a problem. i bought a new W810i yesterday. Evrything is ok, but i m just facing a little problem, that when the screen is autolocked, i can not see the clock (I mean time clock in digits).
Can any one plzzzzzzz reply and give me proper suggession for this problem.

To Put the Clock in Standby Mode to Activate it:
Menu>Settings>Display>Sleep Mode Clock>ON

Sure u can do that...here are the steps:
MENU> SETTIINGS>CALL SETTINGS>MANAGE CALLS>ACCEPT CALLS...
in this menu, select the 'Only From List' Option. You will also need to add the contacts whose numbers you want to get through to your phone. You'll find the list right there. Anymore questions, feel free to ask.

I have this phone & need to know if there a way to prevent a number from getting through to me? I dont mean the 'reject' function. But when a specific number calls me, I dont want my phone ring! Nokia has this, but can it be done on the W810? Please help me....
