well ol i can say bout dis phone is dat its a good music phone for ol d music lovers unlike d the former walkman phones this phone has a right proportion of bass and treble and not jus treble.awsome sound quality but as afar as d looks goes..must say it isnt dat classy but over ol is a fine phone with a hint of sporty looks n nt at ol rubbish

I have this phone in white and I must admit i have never been let down by sony ericsson phones. I swear by them. Whoever says this phone is rubbish...must have sh*t for brains. This phone does pratically everything (apart from making coffee and whistling dixy). I would recommend this phone to anyone who is interested in a good qualityy camera, music, interenet and general fun game...all in one. Anyone agree say 'I'!

no jizzy man W850i is a greaat phone for MUSIC not fashion abit of fashion(nike trainer type)
and all that thing i said about 8800 sirocco what u have u PIMP trying to get girlz with a phone LMAO ....

i have this phone and it is in the best condition i have had it since the first time it came out.....and its the best nothing cracks or bracks its the best so buy it !!!!!!!!!!!! wgho ever says its bad is retarded

so jizzy i agreee with u on that if some1 has a Nokia 8800 sirocco they will get all the ladies and crap like that it doesnt matter on what phone u have to get a girl its about you and what your are not the phone but i do agree with u on that SE sonyerricson have got worse year by year the phones do feel lazier and cheaper thsts y Nokia are still the best only some SE are good

I've heard the sound quality of se K series and it's really astonishing! i was really amazed! but what more if it's W series,, can't wait to have this phone!

well it depends on what you are used of. if you are more on music then W850 is better but if you wants something to brag and make your friends amazed then Z610 is better. both phones are relatively good. just think deeply which one suits you better.

2.0 is stronger.. vga doesnt produce high quality pictures..

u cant blame about the camera, already stat there that w850 is W series (w series = Walkman Series) if u wan better camera package go for k's series like k810 or k800.

when using 2.0 megapixel u cant zoom. only when changed to VGA mood, u can zoom 2.5 times. thats a sad thing though..

this phone is really pissing me off. the memory slot was repaired and it worked for one day, now it don't work again. is it possible to have a full refund on it?

i have used W900 before and it's excellent though very bulky though it's powerpacked with all features a current phone must have. W850 isn't bad as it is also excellent everything in W900's features have improved including multitasking and gaming but the camera is reasonable enough for casual picture takings only. but with all those features compared in W900 w850 stands abit lower to W900 but it's smaller and relatively more compact and stylish...
both phones are okay it's only matter of chossing better camera but bulky design or good camera with better walkman player,UI and more compact.

I think that the best phone is that which you really like and want. I will have my W850i after a few days and I think that it is perfect for me. I will post the rest of my opinions about this phone after I will have it in my hands, however I think that my impresions will not change.
I had a Nokia 6230 and I really didnt like it. Its music player quality was very low even at the higer bitrate possible. I liked more Sony Ericsson T610 althought it is a lower tech class phone, and K700i was very good too, and the music player quality was very good at a really low quality (I mean bitrate).

everybody is in titled for their own opinion the better it is the more bad comments it'll resib,for me its fare enough and worthfit...ther's no regret...
