Hi all.
Ive seen the handset and i like the design, but the volume on the mp3 is not all that good. A few people have complaind about the screen which crashes alot. Over all opinion would be 90% :-)

hi all i have se k750i it good phone but iam not like the software or the screen . i like the w850i but till now idont see the software or thescreen during working actually i saw the screen and the software of w55i it very nice and attractive screen if any one can teell me about the w850i screen and software r good or not thanks

i downloaded the software update service i did everything it said...and it didnt upgrade the software....anyone know y ????.....my w850 is on ORANGE network....and is locked..only works with ornage

ive fallen back in love with this phone, amazing what losing it for 3 days does eh?!
anyone thinking of purchasing this beautiful piece of machinery should deffinately go out NOW and purchase it

I got this phone for Christmas and I have to say it's great! I admit that sometimes I miss Autofocus, but other than that I think this phone is one of the best phones S-E ever made! It's got everything I need and some things extra! I love it!

I've no regret gettin this fone. Its just good. I have better SE experience, i had a n80 before. Very troublesome batt and hangs very often. Finally a mobile that lets me bring mah big ipod no more, just mah cam. I love music so i chose this before k800. BTW the photos r still great outdoors. I wish SE will produce a Walkman Cybershot Smartphone. They will be the best. Hurray!^_^

Agreed Henny by phone is much better after the firmware upgrade. Got rid of crap vodafone software lol.

i downloaded update service and did everything ,and it good,but while my somputer download update,it just only download to 30% and it apply update (not download 100%),but when i check firmware,it says R1GB001.
after update,my w850 be faster,brighter,very good,not slow like before !! ^^

hi bought this phone on play.come the other day and it is a really good fone!! payed £190 BARGAIN .lots of people have been sayin that the directional buttons are awkward ..but to be honest they really are not. i would seriously recomend this fone to ane1 who is ookin for an update as i rate it highly. all the features are brilliant and comes with a 1GB memory card for all music photos Etc ***** another 5 star phone from sony =)

oh my god, this fone is so bad i feel sorry for anyone who has bought it, i wouldn't even buy this fone for some one i didn't like

to get the update go to the sony ericsson web page. i suggest you register first.
look for product support and get the update from their.
install the software then follow instructions carefully.
make sure you have installed your drivers first before running the update.
it will be best if you have a fast connection.

I want to buy this phone but I'm not sure about the directional keys. Are they easy to use? I've heard diff things bout em like you have to press really hard on them. Plz help.
